Marlon Humphrey fires shots at Kawhi Leonard for absurd reason

Marlon Humphrey fires shots at Kawhi Leonard for driving 1997 Chevy Tahoe - “This is actually just dumb”

Marlon Humphrey is usually quite active on social media and recently took a dig at Kawhi Leonard. A post emerged on Twitter in which it showed that the LA Clippers superstar despite earning millions in his NBA career drives a 1997 Chevy Tahoe, which showed how humble Leonard is.

In response to this post, the Baltimore Ravens cornerback gave an amusing reply that the two-time NBA champion might not like. Here's what Marlon Humphrey said:

"Nothing humble about this. This is actually just dumb lol"

Kawhi Leonard doesn't use social media, and he wouldn't even see what Humphrey said about him. However, the Baltimore Ravens player could face a lot of backlash from his fans.

Leonard does not usually speak much and is not seen flashing things like other NBA players, but that's what makes him unique. His preference among cars certainly matches how he carries himself around in life.

Kawhi has to be the most humble superstar in the league. Even after earning millions of dollars, he still drives a 1997 Chevy Tahoe.

“It runs and it’s paid off” - Kawhi Leonard.

Marlon Humphrey's Ravens are in a contract stalemate with Lamar Jackson

Lamar Jackson: Baltimore Ravens v Jacksonville Jaguars

While Humphrey has continued to have fun on social media throughout the offseason, the franchise for which he plays could be in big trouble. Negotiations for a new contract with Lamar Jackson have not gone well thus far, and they may lose him in the coming months.

The Ravens placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on Jackson, and any team that strikes a deal with the quarterback could land the former MVP in return for two first-round picks.

Kawhi Leonard and Clippers could be in a lot of trouble

Russell Westbrook, Kawhi Leonard, and Paul George: Minnesota Timberwolves v Los Angeles Clippers

Kawhi Leonard and the LA Clippers lost last night's game to the OKC Thunder, and during the game, Paul George got hurt.

George's injury could end up being very serious and he could miss a significant amount of time. If he is out for the season, that could knock the Clippers out of championship contention.

Although Leonard is playing at an exceptional level, without Paul George it will be very difficult for him to lead this team in the playoffs. Until an official announcement is made, Clippers fans will hope that George returns to play at some point this season.

There’s ‘real concern’ within the Clippers that Paul George’s injury is ‘serious,’ per @ShamsCharania
