Super Bowl LVII: Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Patrick Mahomes' new commercial teased by wife Brittany and daughter Sterling

For Patrick Mahomes, life has been good. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is enjoying his vacation after a long season that ended in his second Super Bowl victory, a 38-35 win over the Philadelphia Eagles propelled by a 10-point comeback after halftime.

While general manager Brett Veach and coach Andy Reid remain busy with draft prospects and free agency, the quarterback is away from everything about football, spending time with his family and enjoying other things away from the sport. He's currently recording a commercial, while wife Brittany and daughter Sterling stay with him on set.

On Monday, Brittany gave fans a small tease about the commercial, and it was as cute as it gets.

How is Patrick Mahomes enjoying his Super Bowl win?

It's been more than a month since he became a two-time champion, but as the season does not start in six months and offseason workouts are still a long way to go as well, one can be sure that this has been a happy time for the quarterback.

A month ago, when his second ring was still a new thing, the Super Bowl parade was out of the world. Mahomes was drunk during the party, even though he was just coming from a serious ankle injury suffered in the playoffs that reaggravated during the big game.

But to become world champions once again, they had to work as hard as ever.

The Chiefs had to defeat one of the NFL's best rosters to grab another ring. The Kansas City defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 in Glendale, Arizona, closing the game with a field goal from Harrison Butker with eight seconds remaining. They had to make a comeback from a 24-14 deficit at halftime while Mahomes looked hurt.

The Eagles were favorites by just a point before the Super Bowl, so the matchup was absurdly even. It was the first time that the highest-seeded teams from each conference played in the Super Bowl. In 2017, Philadelphia won its first NFL ring by upsetting the New England Patriots 41-33 in Super Bowl LII.

Despite his performance at Super Bowl LV being hampered by an ankle injury as well, this time he was able to lift the trophy and put his name on the GOAT's list. Let's see how many rings he can add to his resumè until he retires.
