Yes, Tobias Dorzon is the owner of Huncho House. Located in the DMV, Huncho House has 46 seats, a ten-top bar and a private chef's table, but its focus is on a much more intimate, multi-course dining experience. It's a multi-course experience that Dorzon previewed to Houstonians last August.

His restaurant offers sumptuous dishes like deluxe deviled eggs topped with jalapeno, bacon jam and fried shrimp. He also welcomes exclusive guests with a helping of Palomas and spicy pineapple margarita. Then there's the crab soup, Zuppa Toscana, pan-seared scallops and oysters Rockefeller, which set the stage for main courses like king salmon, chicken marsala and braised ribs.

Dorzon opened Huncho House with his business partner, James Harden, whom you've probably heard about. The former NBA MVP, perennial all-star and multiple-scoring champ saw the potential in having an exquisite food joint in Houston and agreed to the joint venture with Dorzon.

Working with Harden, Dorzon plans to open a Huncho House in DC and eventually Texas and also open at more locations. It's a challenge he plans on taking head-on while ensuring that people know that his influence on both brands is balanced with expansion.
