Nadal beats Medvedev 6-3 6-0 for his 35th Masters 1000 title at 2019 Montreal

Rafael Nadal's 35 Masters 1000 milestones to commemorate his 35th title

Rafael Nadal was the last man standing in Montreal on Sunday, clinching back-to-back Coupe Rogers titles and a record-extending 35th Masters 1000 crown.

The victory against Daniil Medvedev was the Spaniard's most lopsided win in a Masters 1000 final since dropping just one game against Fernando Verdasco in the 2010 Monte Carlo summit clash. Moreover, it was his most comfortable victory in a hardcourt Masters 1000 final since 2009 Indian Wells when he beat Andy Murray 6-1, 6-2.
