3 Best things that happened on Monday Night Raw

This was one of the inferior episodes of Raw in recent history. Except for some moments and matches, I didn't enjoy the show at all and wanted to change the channel. It took me some time to gather these 3 best moments on Raw.

Ambrose getting injections on his rear end to jokes about urine, this was really a strange episode of Raw. There were only some noteworthy moments and only a few developments in ongoing storylines, the rest of the show felt like filler.

With TLC just two weeks away, I expected that WWE would make this episode of Raw more eventful and develop the storylines more efficiently, but the build was not very good and it certainly didn't hype me up for TLC.

But the show was not all bad, as it had its fill of some good moments as well. In this article, I'll list the three best things that happened on Raw this week.

#3 Alexa Bliss becomes In-charge of the Raw Women's Division

This is a very interesting decision.

Baron Corbin in a segment of this week's Raw made Alexa Bliss in charge of the Raw women's division. I am happy that Alexa is now an authority figure. It gives her something to do on Raw and also stay on TV while she is recovering from her injury.

It will be interesting to see how Alexa Bliss will control the women's division. She will definitely be portraying herself as a heel General Manager and she might even leave behind Corbin in taking advantage of her powers.

She will definitely make some interesting decisions in the coming weeks. There also have been rumours floating around and according to those rumours, Alexa is speculated to be the next General Manager of Raw, at least until she recovers from the concussion.

With the stipulation for Baron Corbin vs Braun Strowman match being that if Baron wins he'll be the permanent RAW General Manager, and if he loses he will lose all authority. It would be interesting to see how in all of this Alexa Bliss comes into the picture and snatches away the chair of General Manager from Baron Corbin.

#2 Finn Balor vs Baron Corbin and Drew Mcintyre

Balor is amazing in the ring!

This match exceeded my expectations. Balor vs Corbin was the second best match of the night. The in-ring action was fantastic. With the current booking of Finn Balor, it's sometimes easy to forget how talented Balor is.

Balor proved to everyone that he is one of the best in-ring performers in the world right now and he deserves to booked properly. Even Corbin looked good in this match, it may be due to the fact that he realised how good his opponent Finn Balor was and he needed to step up his game.

When Finn was about to go for The Coup De Grace on Corbin, Corbin moved aside and announced that the match will be converted into a 2 on 1 handicap match, with Drew being Corbin's partner.

With the help of McIntyre, Corbin and McIntyre successfully defeated Balor. After the match, Bobby Lashley came out and the trio decimated Balor. The alliance of Corbin, Lashley and McIntyre can become the most dominant stable on Raw in the upcoming weeks.

#1 The Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge

Rollins vs Ziggler was the best match of the night.

Seth Rollins had earlier announced on Twitter that he would bring back the Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge back on Raw. Dolph Ziggler answered the challenge and I have to say I was disappointed and I think most of the fans were also disappointed because we have seen Ziggler vs Rollins way too many times.

But I have to say that the match didn't disappoint at all. The two men, like always, delivered their best and gave the fans a match to remember. Seth defeated Ziggler and successfully defended the championship.

I also liked the fact that Ambrose didn't interfere in this match and his promo was really good too. He made it clear that he had not come to Milwaukee and during the promo called the fans as well as Rollins- Vermin. Ambrose is portraying himself as a great heel and if he continues to perform like this he could eventually become the best heel on WWE.
