3 interesting observations from this week's RAW (June 24, 2019)

This week's edition of WWE Monday Night RAW (2th June 2019) saw a lot of contrasting moments. From The Undertaker saving Roman Reigns against Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon to a chaotic shuffle involving R-Truth's 24/7 Title between various Superstars, last night's episode had it all.

This episode of RAW was quite momentous from start-to-finish. Some segments felt quite uninteresting as compared to the big moments from last night's show, but there were a lot of interesting takeaways from the episode at the same time.

The 24/7 Championship changed hands 5 times during the course of last night's show. The title eventually ended up in R-Truth's hands once again.

These events unfolded during different instances of the same show. It all started when R-Truth and Carmella wer invited to be special guests on Miz TV. Drake Maverick eventually came out to ask for a title rematch, and even after that, Maverick failed to regain the 24/7 Championship.

It will be interesting to see how Drake Maverick's character arc shapes up in the next few weeks, because even though it is all part of a comedic premise, we have to realize that Maverick has essentially lost everything now.

The second half of the 24/7 Title shenanigans concluded when R-Truth crashed a singles match between Heath Slater and Mojo Rawley. This is where the title changed several hands before R-Truth eventually won it back again.

These events show us that the 24/7 Championship fiasco has essentially changed the format of Monday Night RAW in a good way. The segments shape up an entire week of RAW and SmackDown Live, and it seems like everything else is booked in accordance with R-Truth's insanely popular shenanigans every week.

As The Miz was walking backstage just before his Miz TV spot with R-Truth, viewers paying sharp attention to last night's RAW noticed Abby The Witch carefully popping up behind The A-Lister.

But Abby The Witch was not the only Firefly Fun House puppet to appear during the show.

Mercy The Buzzard was seen behind Kofi Kingston when the WWE Champion was busy shoving pancakes down his pants in a short backstage clip as well.

Interestingly, there was no Firefly Fun House vignette this week, and Bray Wyatt was backstage for last week's RAW and the Stomping Grounds Pay-Per-View as well.

It looks like the cryptic Superstar will make his return to WWE Television very soon, and there are also various theories circulating around the internet regarding the biggest secrets from Bray Wyatt's Firefly Fun House segments.

#1 The Undertaker just got involved in a feud that seemed to be going nowhere after WWE Stomping Grounds

The Shane McMahon-Roman Reigns saga is a stretched out version of a story that should have ended by now.

After all, the feud never seems to end despite there being only one logical conclusion to this storyline- Roman Reigns winning over Shane McMahon for good.

So when WWE ran out of potential scenarios to throw in between Roman Reigns' path to obliterate Shane McMahon's clique, The Undertaker was booked into this premise out of nowhere.

Truthfully speaking, it was surprising to see The Deadman coming to Roman Reigns' aid, as nobody had expected that to happen prior to last night's RAW.

We know that The Undertaker has had a past history with both Roman Reigns and Shane McMahon, and we also know that The Deadman was inserted into this feud to delay the inevitable.

At this stage, it will be interesting to see how the writers come up with a kayfabe explanation for The Undertaker taking Roman Reigns' side, and for what it's worth, Extreme Rules just got more interesting as a result of this decision.
