It is no secret that Vince McMahon is recreating the B+ Player storyline which worked in the past. WWE had a similar storyline in 2014 which was a gigantic success. Ironically, the current WWE Champion Daniel Bryan was in the shoes of Kofi Kingston, but the scenario has altered after five years.

Daniel Bryan rose to the top of the ladder after his success at WrestleMania 30. He defeated Batista and Randy Orton in the main event of the show to grab the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Prior to the main event, he also defeated Triple H, and he earned the right to enter the main event.

There is no denying that Bryan's popularity sky-rocketed in this storyline as the 'Yes Movement' made him a household name. Bryan was repeatedly called a B+ Player by the Triple H and the Authority.

Similar to Bryan, Vince McMahon called Kofi Kingston a B+ Player on Smackdown Live last week. The New Day member has gained the sympathy of WWE Universe as Vince McMahon is screwing him every week. Considering the same scenario, Kingston might grab the WWE Title in New Jersey.
