5 Current real-life WWE couples with the biggest age gaps

Several real-life couples populate the WWE roster at present. Interestingly, many of these duos have lengthy age gaps between them.

While there are many well-known couples, including Michelle McCool and The Undertaker as well as Jerry Lawler and Lauryn McBride, that have huge age gaps between them, there are a number of others who are currently contracted to WWE.

There are also several storyline couples at present that have interesting age gaps. The most recent example is Indi Hartwell and Deter Lumis, who have an age gap of around 14 years.

There was also a recent storyline on Monday Night RAW that saw Ric Flair and Lacey Evans become part of a romantic angle. The age gap between the two stars is an incredible 41 years. This story came to an end prematurely when Evans announced her real-life pregnancy.

The following list looks at the age gaps between the current couples who are part of WWE on both NXT and the main roster.

#5. Current WWE Superstars Mia Yim and Keith Lee - 4 years

Mia Yim and Keith Lee have been in a relationship for a number of years, dating before either star was contracted to WWE. The couple have had the opportunity to wrestle with one another in the past and even teamed together on NXT where they were known as 'Yimitless.'

Despite Lee's recent hiatus, and the fact that Yim hasn't been seen on WWE TV since RETRIBUTION's split back in February, the couple are now reportedly back together on the main roster. Recent reports suggest that Yim has been quietly moved back over to Monday Night Raw alongside her long-term partner.

The couple announced their engagement back in February. Whilst the couple don't have a significant age gap like several other couples on this list, there is still a four-year difference. Yim is just 32 years old and her fiancee is 36.

It appears that this kind of age difference hasn't had a lot of effect on Yim and Lee. They are expected to make an impact on the Monday Night RAW roster moving forward, after being underutilized by WWE for several months.

#4. Current WWE Superstars Karrion Kross and Scarlett Bordeux - 6 years

Karrion Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux came to WWE together just over a year ago and have since been able to dominate NXT. The current NXT Champion has been promoted to the main roster alone, which has led to several raised eyebrows since The Smokeshow became a huge part of Kross' career in NXT.

The couple has been together for a number of years and were also able to work together in IMPACT Wrestling at one point.

Whilst their age gap isn't considered to be a significant one, it's still six years since Scarlett is just 30 whilst the NXT Champion is 36.

Kross and Bordeaux have already shown what they can accomplish as a duo in NXT. The WWE Universe now hopes that the couple will be able to have the same kind of impact on the main roster.

Given that Kross has already lost his undefeated streak, it's unclear what the plan is for the current NXT Champion on Monday Night RAW.

#3. WWE Hall of Famers Edge and Beth Phoenix - 7 years

Current WWE Superstar Edge has quite the story. He was forced to retire from the company a decade ago, when it was revealed that he was struggling with cervical spinal stenosis.

Edge walked away from WWE in 2011, which was when he first started dating Beth Phoenix. The former Women's Champion then left WWE to start a family with The Rated-R Superstar, before it was revealed that he had recovered enough to make his return.

Edge returned to the company at last year's Royal Rumble and has since been part of some main event level storylines. Phoenix has also returned to WWE in recent years and currently works as a commentator for NXT.

Both stars have been married before, but officially tied the knot back in 2016 and have two daughters together.

Edge was already an established superstar in WWE when Phoenix began training to be a wrestler, but interestingly there is only seven years between the couple. Phoenix is 40 years old, whilst her husband Edge is 47.

#2. WWE COO Triple H and CBO Stephanie McMahon - 8 years

Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are the original power couple of WWE. The duo were originally part of a storyline on WWE TV. They were then able to come together and officially begin dating in real life.

The Game and the Billion Dollar Princess went on to marry in 2003 and have since welcomed three daughters together. Stephanie and Triple H have been seen as on-screen authority figures in WWE over the past decade. Currently, they are working backstage in their own specific roles, with Triple H making quite the impact on NXT.

The couple are so well suited and have slotted together well both on and off-screen, it's hard to believe there is almost a decade between them in age. Stephanie McMahon is just 44 years old, whilst her husband is 52.

The Game is yet to retire from in-ring competition in WWE. The former 14-time World Champion has reached the point in his career where he picks and chooses when he wrestles.

#1. Current WWE Superstar Sasha Banks and Sarath Ton - 9 years

Sasha Banks recently made her return to WWE TV after taking a few months off following WrestleMania. The Boss has stepped back into the Women's Championship picture heading into SummerSlam and will now seemingly challenge Bianca Belair.

Outside of WWE, Banks is married to fellow professional wrestler Sarath Ton, who currently works for WWE as a seamster.

The star has made many of Sasha Banks' outfits over the years and has even made appearances for WWE as a wrestler on Monday Night RAW.

The couple met and began dating before Banks joined WWE and then went on to have a small wedding ceremony back in 2016.

At WrestleMania, Sasha Banks became the youngest female to main event the company's biggest show of the year at just 29 years old. The age gap between Banks and her partner is nine years as Ton is 38.

Despite the age gap, the couple has managed to remain on the same page for a number of years. Ton is always in his wife's corner for the biggest moments of her career.
