The main event of this week's Monday Night RAW saw RAW Women's Champion Asuka go one-on-one with Alexa Bliss. It was a spooky main event with Alexa Bliss starting the match in her smiling Firefly Fun House avatar only to turn into her dark side mid-match. It almost seemed as if Alexa Bliss was possessed by 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt and Asuka looked genuinely scared.

While Asuka managed to get some strikes in, she was overpowered by the dark force of Alexa Bliss, who hit the RAW Women's Champion with a Sister Abigail and pinned her in the middle of the ring to win the match. In an astonishing manner, Bliss turned back into her smiling Firefly Fun House avatar after the match.

#5 Asuka turns heel on RAW next week

It has been well-established that any Superstar who faces The Fiend changes. We have seen the likes of Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman turn heel after facing The Fiend. An interesting observation during the main event match between Asuka and Alexa Bliss this week was how Bliss looked to be possessed by The Fiend. She even closed out the show by saying 'Let Me In' in The Fiend's voice.

If that is the case, we could see the RAW Women's Champion Asuka go through a massive character change and turn heel next week. Asuka's character on RAW has been a little on the funnier side and while it has been entertaining, a more serious character or possibly a heel turn could be an interesting new twist and further establish another link between Alexa Bliss and The Fiend.

Isn't this above image of Asuka with a frightening face paint scary? She used to wrestle with this face paint during her time in Japan as Kana. Now, we haven't seen this version of Asuka in WWE yet, but if there's ever any storyline that would be best to bring this version of her out, this has to be it.

Alexa Bliss is not any normal WWE Superstar right now and we might just see Asuka dig deep and bring out her dark side to take on her. The current set-up of ThunderDome with no live fans is perfect for WWE to use and tell a story with supernatural elements.

#3 Asuka goes off TV, returns after the Royal Rumble

A possible direction for RAW Women's Champion Asuka after facing a massive defeat against Alexa Bliss this week could be to stay off TV for a few weeks. This could be used to further establish how deep of an effect Alexa Bliss has had on Asuka, who needs time to gather herself.

WWE Royal Rumble 2021 could very well see Alexa Bliss emerge as the winner. This could set-up for a great return for Asuka who could then start a proper feud against Alexa Bliss, leading to a WrestleMania encounter between the two.

#2 Asuka starts a feud with another RAW Superstar

Considering Alexa Bliss is also feuding with Randy Orton at the moment, it is possible that Asuka starts a feud with another RAW Superstar for now. WWE can then pick-up this storyline between her and Alexa Bliss after Royal Rumble, as mentioned in the last point.

Fans have started pointing out how the RAW Women's Championship hasn't been defended for quite some time now. There are several women on RAW who can feud with Asuka, setting up a title defense at the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

#1 Asuka and Charlotte Flair focus on their WWE Women's Tag Team Championship

Other than being the RAW Women's Champion, Asuka also holds the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship with Charlotte Flair. The two haven't appeared together for the last couple of weeks as Charlotte Flair has been busy in her feud against Lacey Evans. However, we could see the two defend their tag team titles against Evans and Peyton Royce soon.

Another interesting tease that we got on RAW this week was Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax claiming that they want the tag team titles back. This could be yet another possible direction for Asuka, keeping her busy until her major singles feud starts after Royal Rumble.
