5 WWE Superstars who could appear on "The Electric Chair" next

This week on Raw, WWE took the initiative once again to introduce a rather unique talk show segment called ‘The Electric Chair’. The segment involves a WWE Superstar giving "true and correct" answers to questions asked by the WWE Universe in attendance.

The first Superstar to ever take part in the segment was none other than the Underdog from the Underground Sami Zayn. Zayn felt like the best person to kick things off as he has always been a great worker on the mic, and makes many of his promos feel unscripted which helps engage the crowd.

Zayna also made the segment feel extremely controversial, as he mentioned AEW (All Elite Wrestling) in the segment. Whether it was scripted or not remains to be known, but the Superstar did an incredible job at making it feel impromptu.

This week, the official Twitter account of WWE posted “Who should take a seat next?”, and we felt obliged to answer.

Since the Electric Chair segment seems like the perfect place for heels, rather than faces, we have combined a list of five Superstars who could become a part of the segment in the weeks to come.

#5 Randy Orton

Randy Orton could make the segment seem much more legitimate

If WWE wants to make any title, segment, or show legit, then they need to ensure that Randy Orton becomes a part of it at least once. As one of the longest tenured employees in the company right now, Orton has made a unique name for himself which has allowed him to do whatever he wants without his value and stocks dipping in the company.

Making Randy Orton a part of the Electric Chair segment could give the fans a once in a lifetime chance to interact with arguably the best heel WWE has ever had. If WWE plans to use the segment with Orton in the coming week, they could also use it to build on Orton’s match with Triple H at Super ShowDown, which has not yet received any real build whatsoever.

No matter what the questions may be, it’ll be interesting to see how Orton uses the segment to his benefit just like he has done with everything else in WWE to date.

#4 Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has been responsible for some of the best promos in recent history

With Sami Zayn appearing as the first person to take to the Electric Chair, WWE should not be confused when picking their next guest for the segment. Just like Sami Zayn, Owens is an incredible talker and one of the best promo-cutters in WWE today. This has enabled both men to catapult to the top whenever required with just a couple of good mic segments.

The WWE Universe has a lot of questions for The Prizefighter, including his sudden heel turn which saw him go after Kofi Kingston’s WWE Championship. Apart from that, fans would also want to know where Owens will head now after he has already been used and fallen out of the WWE Championship picture.

Being a top entertainer will allow Owens to give the fans the perfect answers to their questions, and probably also ignite a new angle in the process.

#3 Alexa Bliss

No one works the mic better than Little Miss Bliss

If WWE wants to make the Electric Chair segment blissful, then they need to ensure that Alexa Bliss becomes part of it.

The former Raw Women’s Champion is arguably the best talker in the women’s division, and that will surely help her get through the segment without getting shocked.

Alexa plays a great heel on television, while her current role is somewhere between a heel and a face. Therefore fans will have a lot of questions to ask the superstar who has had her fair share of injuries recently and has mostly stayed away from in-ring competition.

Alexa has the potential to deliver great segments on the mic, and she can definitely use her charisma and character to give fitting replies to the questions from the WWE Universe.

Bliss could also take the time to fire at the women’s division and the two top champions, which could help her get back in the title picture once she gets back to wrestling again.

#2 Lars Sullivan

The Freak prefers to let his destruction do the talking

The man who made a delayed debut on the main roster has caused a lot of destruction since making his first appearance on Raw and laying waste to WWE legend Kurt Angle.

Lars Sullivan has attacked many superstars since his arrival to the main roster, and it seems like the monster is answerable to no one as nothing has come in his path as yet.

This could result in a decent segment with the Electric Chair involved, as Lars is yet to give any kind of interview to explain his actions since his arrival.

Being answerable to the WWE Universe first would make it a special moment, as WWE could make it seem like he is as answerable to the WWE Universe as anyone backstage.

Fans could get the chance to ask the monster about his new target and his aim, and what he is trying to achieve by laying out many of the WWE superstars.

#1 Kofi Kingston

WWE could use the segment to put some doubts in the Champion's mind

Let the WWE Champion take the chair.

Kofi Kingston’s rise to the top has been nothing short of magical, and it has managed to give the WWE Universe hope in the creatives in the management. KofiMania made fans believe that WWE is still listening to them and giving them what they want.

While Kofi has remained a face since the past few years with his brothers in The New Day, WWE could use the superstars to plant some seeds.

If the men and women who are asking the questions, then they could influence Kofi into believing that he might be better than the other two men in The New Day and better off alone. WWE loves to tease the WWE Universe and having Kofi in the electric chair answering some tough questions about staying in the New Day can cause some rifts to occur which will keep the fans on the edge of their seats as the New Day are definitely the fans’ most favorite stable in WWE since The Shield’s breakup.
