That's because in just a few short hours, the company will invade the Angels of the Winds Arena in Seattle, Washington, for the latest instalment of Monday Night RAW.

Last night's show was a blockbuster event for the company, with new Champions crowned and rivalries taken to new extremes.

In the main event, Seth Rollins retained his Universal Championship, thanks to an assist by RAW Women's Champion and real-life girlfriend, 'The Man' Becky Lynch.

Plenty of matches and moments have already been announced for tonight's episode of the company's flagship show, but fans should still expect some surprises along the way.

#5 A tough challenge for the new champ

US Champion Ricochet will have his hands full tonight on Monday Night RAW.

In the latest WWE NEWS, Ricochet captured his first Championship on the main roster, toppling Samoa Joe to become the brand new United States Champion.

And though the match was impressive, it was Ricochet's interactions post-win that has got fans talking, as he was confronted by Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson and AJ Styles.

Congratulating the high-flyer, Styles said he'll see Ricochet tonight on RAW, as the two will meet in non-title action during the three-hour show.

The first encounter between the two stars, this match has dream match written all over it, as Ricochet has become the target of many Superstars.

Styles is already a two-time United States Champion, and with Gallows and Anderson by his side once more, is there anything that can stop the Phenomenal One from cinching reign #3?

#4 Trouble for the new Besties?

Cross' attempt to help her friend backfired, costing Bliss the match and title.

Though she is a RAW Superstar, Alexa Bliss tried her best to capture the WWE SmackDown Women's title from Bayley, though things didn't go according to plan.

That's not exactly the fault of The Huggable One though, as Alexa's 'friend', Nikki Cross, proved to be the difference maker, grabbing Bayley in retaliation for the Champ's actions earlier that night.

Distracting Bliss though, this was all that Bayley needed to flatten The Petite Powerhouse and retain her title.

Though Alexa continues to claim Bayley is the evil one in this whole ordeal, it's hard to see it, and it seems that there may be trouble in paradise for Bliss and Cross.

How will Little Miss Bliss respond tonight, after being cost her sixth Women's title reign in WWE, thanks to her so-called best friend?

#3 The Big Dog in handicap action

Will the two on one advantage of Shane and McIntyre be too much for the Big Dog?
Ad

For months, Roman Reigns has been locked in a war with Drew McIntyre, a war that has seen Shane McMahon join The Scottish Psychopath in his efforts to destroy The Big Dog once and for all.

Last night, Reigns was able to topple McIntyre at WWE Stomping Grounds, though he may face a tall order tonight.

Rightly irate about McIntyre's shortcomings, Shane O'Mac announced during the pay per view that Roman will be in competition tonight on RAW, against both himself and McIntyre.

Reigns has never backed down from a challenge before and we don't expect to see him starting tonight, but anyone will tell you that the odds aren't in his favour.

Will tonight's two on one assault be too much to handle for the former WWE and Universal Champion?

#2 Mr 24/7 on the run again

Truth is on the run again after regaining the 24/7 title.

They say that's all's fair in love and war, and last week, both love and war met at the wedding of Drake Maverick.

After capturing the 24/7 title, a title he had been hunting for weeks, on Tuesday, Maverick was ready to celebrate the happiest day of his life, which ultimately ended in tragedy.

Walking down the aisle with his new wife Renee, Maverick spotted a referee, and before he knew it, had lost the title back to R-Truth, now a six-time Champion.

Maverick, who quickly had to choose between the title and his wife, definitely made the wrong call, as not only did he fail to regain the title, but he's in hot water with the new Mrs. Maverick.

What antics will befall R-Truth tonight as hopes to keep hold of his 24/7 Championship?

#1 The Man and The Beastslayer stand tall

Rollins retained his Universal title, thanks to an assist by The Man.
Ad

At WWE Stomping Grounds, Seth Rollins came dangerously close to losing the Universal title.

Not only dealing with a game Baron Corbin, the Architect had to also deal with Lacey Evans, the special guest referee for the match who had a clear Vendetta against Rollins for the actions of his girlfriend and RAW Women's Champion, Becky Lynch.

Speaking of The Man, Lynch proved to be the difference maker, attacking Evans during the match helping Rollins get the pinfall victory over the former Golden Gloves Boxing Champion.

Celebrating together after the match, fans are wondering what the future holds for the duo, and whether they will continue to be a power couple on TV.

And what will Evans and Corbin have to say after their respective losses? Find out tonight on Monday Night RAW.
