It was another interesting week on Monday Night Raw

4 Hilarious botches you missed this week on Raw (June 10th, 2019)

Super ShowDown took place on Friday night live from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and it appears that much of this week's show was aimed at the fall out from the various matches in The Middle East since there were a number of rematches announced for the upcoming Stomping Grounds pay-per-view.

The build-up to Stomping Grounds next month took centre stage like many of the announced matches for the show continued to build, but like many episodes of Raw over the past few weeks, not everything this week went to plan.

There were a number of interesting moments this week on Raw that were picked up by many viewers where it seems that the pressure of the main roster could be getting to some of the company's biggest stars.

#4. Lars Sullivan destroys Lince Dorado

Lars Sullivan destroyed The Lucha House Party on Raw

In the latest WWE NEWS, Lars Sullivan defeated The Lucha House Party via disqualification in Jeddah, but for some reason, the company decided that an elimination match between the four stars would be the best fall out match from the show.

It wasn't much of a match between Sullivan and The Lucha House Party as he quickly eliminated Kalisto and Lince Dorado before turning his attention to Gran Metalik. Sullivan refused to pin Metalik and instead continued to attack Kalisto and Dorado on the outside where he picked up the two stars and showed off his physicality.

Dorado definitely got the worst of the assault as he was picked up and thrown into the ring post but completely missed it and instead hit the floor with authority. It is unknown as to whether or not Dorado didn't take the bump properly or he was thrown too hard by Lars, but either way, it looked botched.

Michael Cole then continued the botchy segment as he stated that he was thrown into steps that weren't actually there.

#3. Kevin Owens drops Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins was able to come out on top in this week's main event

Kevin Owens faced Seth Rollins in the main event of this week's Monday Night Raw after he took advantage of the Wild Card Rule and headed over to the flagship show. Sami Zayn became an official for the match on the outside of the ring where he was able to play an interesting role in proceedings.

The match became something of a mess when Sami Zayn decided to disqualify Seth Rollins after he put his hands on him, despite not being the actual official for the match. Owens lifted Rollins up at one point during the match for a gut buster but he was unable to pick him up over his head and ended up dropping the Universal Champion on his head. Luckily Rollins recovered and was able to finish the match but it could have been nasty.

#2. The Cocheena-Clutch?

The Miz really messed up last night on Raw when he interviewed Samoa Joe
Ad

The Miz interviewed Samoa Joe this week on Raw as part of Miz TV after Joe was handed the United States Championship by Rey Mysterio last week. Miz obviously didn't prep for the show since he talked about how Joe reacted to Mysterio handing him the title and locking in his Coquina Clutch, but couldn't actually pronounce the name of the submission move.

Samoa Joe looks as though he's trying his best not to laugh at the fact that Miz called his finishing move by the wrong name, but he holds it together until the two men come to blows. Luckily, Joe didn't correct Miz and bring attention to the botch, but since Miz's one real skill is the fact that he's great at promos, this won't be a botch he will want to remember.

#1. Ricochet's 630 didn't hit the target

Ricochet picked up the win for his team this week on Raw
Ad

Ricochet is looking to challenge Samoa Joe for the United States Championship in the future and this week on Raw he was joined by Bobby Lashley, Braun Strowman and Cesaro as all four men looked to stake a claim for the title.

The segment led to The Miz ending up competing in a six-man tag match which didn't exactly go to plan for Ricochet. Whilst the team of Braun Strowman, The Miz and Ricochet picked up the win, the finish came when The One and Only hit the 630 on Cesaro but the landing saw him take out his leg.

Cesaro clutched his leg before the pin was counted and then had to be helped to the back by officials as the commentary team stated that this wasn't the way Ricochet usually lands his signature move.
