Tessa Blanchard thanks Mark Henry for supporting her since the beginning, Henry responds

Impact Wrestling star Tessa Blanchard recently took to social media to thank WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry for having confidence over her since the beginning of her career. The former Impact Knockouts Champion posted a photo of herself along with the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion on her Instagram profile.

The World's Strongest Man also replied on Tessa's post by applauding her work ethic -

What's next for Tessa Blanchard?

Tessa Blanchard is currently embroiled in a feud with Ohio Versus Everything (oVe) and it's leader Sami Callihan. She faced Callihan in an intergender wrestling match at Slammiversary XVII.

Even though she lost, Tessa was praised for her performances and for putting up a valiant effort and for main eventing. She again main-evented on August 2 at Unbreakable against Callihan but lost once more after oVe member Jake Crist caused an interference.

On the November 19 episode of Impact! Tessa won a Gauntlet match where she defeated four male wrestlers - Moose, Michael Elgin, Rich Swann, and Brian Cage to become the number one contender for Sami Callihan's Impact World Championship.

Tessa will face The Draw at Hard To Kill on January 12, 2020, in a World Championship match whereby if she wins, she will become the first woman to hold the Impact World Championship.
