Triple H reveals how WWE treated NXT Superstar Tommaso Ciampa's serious injuries and his wrestling future

Injuries are one of the major issues that former NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa has been facing. For a long time, it was not sure that Ciampa would be able to make a return to the ring following his neck injury. Triple H talked about how WWE dealt with injury issues on the roster.

The injury was a serious one as a result of which an apparent main roster feud between Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa was postponed. Now that Ciampa is back and currently in NXT, one of the questions raised during Triple H's recent media conference was regarding Ciampa's health and how long the WWE Universe could expect Blackheart to continue wrestling.

Triple H on how WWE deal with injuries

Triple H talked about how health issues were dealt with in WWE. He said that the moment someone had a significant issue, they were monitored and observed to see how they were dealing with it and how they were feeling. In some cases, their wrestling styles were changed if that was what they needed to maintain their health.

He berated the internet fans who talked about the medical team because he said that they did not know what they were talking about. The Game was adamant that the WWE Superstars got the best medical care.

He then went on to say that the 'demanding' schedule is often not enough for some wrestlers, who want to work even more. The Game then said that while managing talent it was his job to keep them healthy and mentally straight.

Seeing as he said this in answer to a question about Ciampa's health, it may be safe to assume that the former Champion was treated the same way and that his future in wrestling is quite secure in the hands of WWE's expert team, with Triple H having a personal interest in the matter.
