#9 Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn deserves to be the champion for a little longer

Sami Zayn spent a lot of time outside the squared circle when he donned the role of Shinsuke Nakamura’s hype man. He acted as his spokesperson and even managed to get Cesaro. The three of them have turned into a dominant trio and it looks like they have each other’s back. At Elimination Chamber, Zayn managed to take the Intercontinental Championship from Braun Strowman and gained his first title on the main roster.

He is now set to defend his Championship against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 36 and he should win that match. Zayn is an extremely talented Superstar who never gets enough attention for some reason. But now that he has finally managed to get his hands on the gold, he must be allowed to keep it for a little longer.

As far as Bryan is concerned, a loss to Zayn won’t hurt his credibility in WWE. In fact, it would only help in establishing Zayn as a better Champion. Moreover, Nakamura, Cesaro, and Drew Gulak will like to make their presence known in this match which should make it easier for the creative to make the Champion look strong without compromising the credibility of the challenger.

#8 Kevin Owens

Fight Owens Fight!

Kevin Owens moved to RAW as a part of the Superstar Shake-Up last year and has been feuding with Seth Rollins ever since the latter turned heel. The two have been involved in an intense feud that also saw several other Superstars being involved. Both of them have played their respective roles brilliantly and their upcoming Single’s Match at WrestleMania will be a must-see encounter.

In the last few months, we have seen Rollins relying on several heelish tactics to find a victory. He has started to believe that he is the best in the entire WWE roster and has his loyal followers by his side. However, it is Owens who has managed to add more entertainment to this extended feud. He deserves to win against Rollins and finally get his WrestleMania moment.

A victory for Owens will ensure that his feud with Rollins will continue. Moreover, the two Superstars can add more intensity to their respective characters with the help of this feud before they are ultimately put in the title picture. After all, they are two of the top Superstars of the company and it’s evident that their feud has managed to bring other deserving Superstars into the limelight.

#7 & #6 Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford -- The Street Profits

The Street Profits have done well as the tag team champions

The Street Profits managed to gain the attention of the WWE Universe ever since their arrival on the main roster. They spent a lot of time on the Red brand before they started gracing the squared circle regularly. Ultimately, they managed to defeat Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy to become the new Tag Team Champions of RAW.

Now, they are set to defend their titles against Austin Theory and Angel Garza at WrestleMania 36. Initially, it was Andrade who was supposed to team up with Garza for this match. However, on this week’s RAW, Zelina Vega announced that the United States Champion had sustained a rib injury which is why he will be replaced at WrestleMania.

Street Profits have managed to successfully defend their title and their popularity with the crowd ensures that they can carry the titles a little longer. Their position in the RAW roster will see a significant boost if they retain their Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania. It will also allow the creative to keep the tag team division interesting on the Red brand.

#5 & #4 Jey and Jimmy Uso -- The Usos

The Usos can steal a win to become the tag team champions once again

The Usos returned to WWE after a long hiatus from the company and immediately found themselves involved in the tag team division of SmackDown. At WrestleMania 36, they will lock horns with The New Day and the team of Miz and John Morrison with the SmackDown Tag Team Championships on the line.

Jimmy and Jay Uso make for a trusted tag team that has had brilliant feuds against the likes of The New Day in the past. They are the kind of Superstars that the Blue brand needs in order to keep their tag team division alive and putting a title on them will allow the creatives to book reliable feuds while also giving them the option to explore new ones.

As the Tag Team Champions, The Usos can find opponents in Big E and Kofi Kingston, Miz, and Morrison, and even the Heavy Machinery. This way, WWE can have them engaging in title feuds with several opponents until they find a right feud to extend until SummerSlam. Moreover, a title win will put The Usos back on the map and we would love to see them dominating their division once again.

#3 Elias

Literally, everyone wants to walk with Elias!

In a surprising turn of events, we saw a Single’s match being booked between Elias and ‘King’ Baron Corbin. The latter interrupted the WrestleMania host Rob Gronkowski which then caused Elias to throw Corbin out of the ring. This brief altercation led to Gronkowski talking about a match between these two Superstars at The Grandest Stage of Them All and it has now been made official by the WWE.

King Corbin is one of the most hated heels in the entire WWE roster and he does a brilliant job in attracting heat from the fans. A feud with him can get any Superstar over with the crowd – something that Elias needs right now as he hasn’t been involved in a compelling feud for a long time. Corbin, on the other hand, had an extended rivalry with Roman Reigns that saw him pick victories on several important occasions.

Although Elias too is an excellent heel, he is one of the few Superstars who can manage to work as a babyface equally well. A victory for him at WrestleMania 36 will allow the creatives to put more effort into his latter bookings. As far as Corbin is concerned, he has established himself as a reliable Superstar who can feud with anyone on the roster and a loss won’t cause much harm to his gimmick.

#2 Drew McIntyre

This is what dreams are made of

Drew McIntyre’s second run with the company has been nothing short of brilliant. He has been one of the most dominant Superstars on the roster but was kept on the sidelines for far too long. McIntyre finally found his momentum at the 2020 Royal Rumble when he eliminated Brock Lesnar from the match.

The two Superstars, who began feuding after the PPV, are now set to lock horns at WrestleMania 36 with the WWE Championship on the line. Although the ‘Scottish Psychopath’ was mostly a heel until now, he was still backed by the crowd. His face turn ultimately helped him in getting everyone on his side and this could be the year when McIntyre will explore new altars of success in WWE.

For that, he must win his match against the ‘Beast Incarnate’. The backstage reports have suggested that even Lesnar likes McIntyre and wants to put him over. The latter looks like a credible opponent and can hold against Lesnar inside the squared circle. WWE must strike when the iron is hot by letting the ‘Scottish Psychopath’ win the WWE Championship at The Showcase of The Immortals in order to get a more active Champion on the Red brand.

#1 The Fiend

This is where The Fiend can come back from his loss against Goldberg
Ad

‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt is one of the best gimmicks in WWE today. Ever since his return, Bray worked brilliantly in getting his new character over with the crowd. From taking on the legends of the show to winning the Universal Championship, The Fiend has managed to become one of the biggest names in the WWE today.

Unfortunately, his dominant run was put on a halt at WWE Super ShowDown when Goldberg defeated him to win the Universal Championship. This controversial decision led to many arguing about its effect on The Fiend’s character. Despite losing the belt, he has managed to keep his status intact and is now set to face John Cena at WrestleMania 36.

Given the fact that the two Superstars share a history that goes back to the 30th edition of WrestleMania, this is a good storyline overall. The only way to have this narration reach its full potential is to have The Fiend defeat Cena at The Grandest Stage of Them All. He needs that victory to regain his momentum and make up for the credibility that he has lost since losing his title to Goldberg.
