The Man has responded

What's the story?

SmackDown Live's Andrade and Zelina Vega recently challenged Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins to a mixed tag team match.

Rollins responded positively to the challenge and asked Lynch whether she is down for the match, to which The Man reacted with a gif of Rollins, indicating that she accepts the challenge too.

In case you didn't know...

It seems like WWE wants to groom its top champions as much as they can, before their eventual encounter against Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans at Extreme Rules.

It began with Lynch and Rollins facing off against Maria and Mike Kanellis on this past week's Monday Night Raw, which saw Lynch picking up an easy win with a Dis-Arm-Her on Mike Kanellis.

Soon after, SmackDown Live's Andrade and Zelina Vega laid down a challenge to Lynch and Rollins, in a video promo. Zelina took a shot at Lynch, bashing her for backing away from a fight with a pregnant Maria.

The heart of the matter

The Universal Champion Seth Rollins was quick to respond to the challenge, and stated that he is down for a match against the duo. Rollins proceeded to tag Becky Lynch in the tweet.

The Man posted a hilarious gif from a match between Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura from Survivor Series 2018, which shows The Beastslayer mocking Nakamura with his signature taunt, confirming that Lynch has accepted the challenge too.

What's next?

Although nothing has been made official yet, expect Rollins and Lynch to square off against Andrade and Vega on next week's Raw.
