What's the story?

WWE has been teasing Bray Wyatt's return with multiple vignettes of his Firefly Fun House since WrestleMania in April.

Last week on WWE RAW was the last time we saw them tease Wyatt's impending return to action with Mercy The Buzzard and Abby The Witch making an appearance. In case you missed RAW tonight, Mercy was back again making his presence felt for keen-eyed observers.

In case you didn't know...

Bray Wyatt last wrestled in WWE as part of his tag-team with Matt Hardy last year. Although the duo were popular and even won the tag titles, the disbanded after Hardy picked up an injury.

The heart of the matter

Mercy The Buzzard was spotted once again on RAW tonight and that can only mean that we're getting closer and closer to Bray Wyatt's return to the ring.

Mercy was spotted backstage while The Miz was making his way down to the ring to face Elias in a 2 out of 3 falls match.

WWE has built this new reincarnation of Bray Wyatt really well so far and it will be really interesting to see how they proceed to book him when he actually returns to in-ring action - the question being whether the mystique of the character can be maintained.

As far as Bray Wyatt's in-ring return is concerned, there isn't a specific date set for it but it can't be too far off.

When will Bray Wyatt be back? Sound off in the comments section.
