WWE RAW Results February 24th, 2020: Winners, Grades, Video Highlights for latest Monday Night RAW

Randy Orton kicked off RAW and yet again was about to explain why he attacked Edge, who he reminded us, was his best friend in the business. He said no one would understand why he did what he did and Kevin Owens came out and defended Edge. He eventually challenged him to a match and Randy said he was ready "but just not this minute", and left.

Backstage, Angel Garza and Zelina Vega was being interviewed and said that after Humberto was taken care of, Angel will be free to be the top guy on RAW.

Angel Garza vs. Humberto Carrillo

Garza sneaked in a big win
Ad

Carrillo and Garza traded strikes before Humberto got the upper hand and sent Angel outside for a big dive. Carrillo took a big knee strike in the corner before Garza dropped him on the apron.

They traded stiff kicks on the apron and Humberto took a Spanish Fly in the middle of the ring for a near fall after a distraction from Vega. After a few more pin attempts from both men, Garza rolled Carrillo up for the win.

Ricochet vs. Luke Gallows

Ricochet is on a roll

Gallows hit a backbreaker early and got a near fall. Ricochet managed to turn it around and hit a crossbody followed by a standing shooting star. Ricochet hit the Recoil and followed up with the Shooting Star for the win.

Backstage, AJ Styles was certain a miracle could happen at Super Showdown and Ricochet could win the WWE title after which, AJ Styles will be ready to take it from him. He wanted to send a message so they found the nearest Superstar, Aleister Black and attacked him.

Brock Lesnar was out next and Paul Heyman ran through his usual promo about Brock's catchphrase being a spoiler and said that Brock had been watching Ricochet, the master of uppercuts. He gave another spoiler: Brock will beat Ricochet and go to WrestleMania as champ before he mentioned his 6/7 success rate so far with said spoilers.

Aleister Black was limping to the ring after the OC attacked him and he was in a match with Rowan next.

Aleister Black vs. Erick Rowan

Ad

Erick Rowan hit a huge slam on Black who was being dominated by the big red giant. Black refused to be put away and hit a big running knee which almost put away the giant. Aleister then hit a Moonsault from the middle rope and another knee strike by Black saw another near-fall.

Rowan went outside the ring and accidentally hit the cage that he carries with him. In his confusion, Rowan ate the Black Mass and Aleister got the pin.

Result: Aleister Black def. Erick Rowan

After the match, he said that his rage was what helped him win. He challenged AJ Styles to a match next week before he left.

Drew McIntyre was backstage and said that he didn't care who won between Brock and Ricochet because he was already main eventing WrestleMania. He then gave us a recap of his career so far right up to the point where he eliminated Brock Lesnar at the Rumble and earned his shot at the WWE title.

R-Truth vs. Bobby Lashley

Truth TV was back and the guests were Bobby Lashley and Lana. Lana said Truth had a match with Bobby but Truth said he just wanted to ask some questions instead.

Lana called for the bell and Lashley attacked Truth. R-Truth managed to fight back and hit the 5-Knuckle Shuffle but missed the Five-knuckle Shuffle. Lashley hit the spear and it was over in seconds.

The Elimination Chamber contract signing was underway and Shayna Baszler was missing from the ring. Asuka snatched the mic from Lawler and ranted about it but they went on without Shayna. They signed one by one and the former Riott Squad member had a little staredown. Baszler decided to make her entrance and the contract was signed and Jerry left.

Asuka and Natalya ended up starting a brawl and so did Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, and Sarah Logan. Shayna was alone in the ring, watching and clapping. Becky Lynch came out and attacked Shayna before a team of officials rushed to split them apart.

Angelo Dawkins vs. Murphy

Dawkins was dominating early on and almost pinned Murphy but Rollins broke up the pin and earned Murphy a DQ loss.

Rollins and Murphy were retreating when Dawkins taunted the two and called Rollins out for a match.

Seth Rollins vs. Angelo Dawkins

The match began and Murphy tried to interfere but was sent off backstage by the ref. Rollins had the upper hand and hit the buckle bomb for a near fall. Rollins hit the Sunset Bomb and then the stomp for the win.

The match went outside early on and hit a cannonball into the barricades before they got back to ring. Seth Rollins, Murphy and the AOP were out to distract Owens and Orton sent Owens off the apron while he was distracted.

The Viking Raiders and the Street Profits were out and things were chaos outside the ring. Owens hit a headbutt and then a senton but Rollins distracted him at the last second. Randy used the opportunity and hit a DDT and got the pinfall to everyone's shock.

Result: Randy Orton def. Kevin Owens

Rollins brought chairs to the ring and handed them to Orton to do the thing Orton does best. Owens, however, got up and took a chair to defend himself. Randy retreated and Owens attacked the official who turned out to be a disciple of Rollins who threw the match in Orton's favor. Owens hit a stunner and brought out a table. He picked up the referee before putting him through the table with a Powerbomb.

Not a bad go-home show for the RAW before Super Showdown. A couple of matches ended too quick but the main vent and the promos stole the show.
