RAW Results: New Champion crowned; Strowman forced to team up with WWE Official

Drew McIntyre kicked off RAW and said that The Miz scammed him out of the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber. He said he would take his title back from The Miz but only after beating Sheamus tonight.

The Miz walked out at ringside and gloated about taking the title away from Drew before asking him why he was upset. The A-Lister then turned Drew's focus towards Lashley, saying that The All Mighty was the one responsible for McIntyre losing the title.

The Miz said Lashley threatened him and made him do it, asking McIntyre to team up with him against Lashley. MVP came out and reminded The Miz that he was facing Lashley for a title match and it was in less than an hour.

Sheamus came out next and a brawl broke out on RAW between him and McIntyre before The Celtic Warrior was dumped over the barricades.

We returned after a break to see the match was underway and Sheamus was unloading on McIntyre, getting a near fall off a clothesline and a dive from the ropes. Drew returned with a suplex before taking strikes to the jaw on the mat.

Drew caught Sheamus on the ropes and hammered him with his fists before Sheamus tried to do the same but the Scotsman countered. Sheamus hit the Brogue Kick and sent Drew outside before we headed for another break.

Back on RAW, Drew dumped Sheamus on the announce desk and hit a top rope move for a near fall. The Celtic Warrior countered the Futueshock DDT and Drew kicked out of the White Noise.

Drew hit the Futureshock and Sheamus hit the Alabama Slam but both of them kicked out. Drew came in with a Claymore and took the win after a very long match.

Nia Jax vs. Naomi on RAW

Jax was throwing Naomi on RAW around like a ragdoll, as always, before slamming her onto the mat. Naomi tried to fight back but Nia knocked her down again and locked her in a Bear Hug.

Nia Jax went for a Sunset Flip but Jax dropped her and then hit the Samoan Drop. She mocked Lana at ringside and then hit the One-Handed Chokeslam before pinning Naomi for the win.

Bobby Lashley was out for the title match on RAW but backstage, The Miz was pretending to be in pain to get out of the match. Lashley came in and took out The Miz before Adam Pearce gave him one more hour to get ready.

Braun Strowman was out next on RAW and said that Adam Pearce and Shane McMahon were keeping him on the sidelines and that Elimination Chamber was a failure without him in it.

Shane and Adam came out and Shane O'Mac gave us a story of how he was taking classes on management. As a means of 'conflict resolution', he put Adam and Braun on a tag team and they would challenge for the tag titles tonight.

Strowman sent both opponents outside the ring as the match began on RAW and steamrolled them at ringside. He tossed Alexander in the corner of the ring and stomped on him on the ground, punishing the champ.

After tossing Alexander in the ring over and over, Cedric countered a spear and sent Braun into the post. The Hurt Business came in for a two-on-one assault but Braun took them out and hit the Running Powerslam on Benjamin.

Braun was about to get the pin but Shane came up and insisted that Braun tag Adam Pearce in. Braun reluctantly made the tag but when Adam tried to pin Benjamin. However, Shelton rolled him up and got the win instead.

Result: The Hurt Business def. Braun Strowman & Adam Pearce to retain the RAW Tag Titles

Braun was furious with the outcome and promised Shane that he was going to tear the show apart as revenge.

Elias and Ryker walked up to Bad Bunny and Damian Priest, proposing a musical collaboration but Bunny wasn't too convinced.

Elias and Ryker were out next on RAW and said that his song was excluded in the Grammys and that was a travesty. Bad Bunny interrupted Elias' song and the match was underway shortly after.

Elias was cornered by Priest early on before they went for a collar-elbow lockup. Elias was tossed over the ropes before The Drifter taunted Bad Bunny at ringside and we headed for a break.

Back on RAW, Priest was still in control before Elias sent the former NXT North American Champion throat first into the ropes. The Drifter took advantage of the situation and cornered Priest before Ryker hit a cheap shot from the apron.

Priest was back up and unloaded on Elias once more before hitting the Broken Arrow for a near fall. Elias hit a knee strike for a near fall before Priest hit the Bell Clap and then Hit the Lights for the win.

Randy Orton was backstage on RAW and apparently, he was fine after last week's incident. Alexa Bliss appeared on the screen behind him and talked about bringing him back'.

The second version of Randy appeared on the screen behind Randy and he threatened Orton who again looked like he was about to throw up. That's one too many Ortons if you ask me.

The Miz (c) vs. Bobby Lashley - WWE Championship match on RAW

Before his title match, The Miz claimed that Bobby Lashley has waited a long time and he deserves to get the title shot at WrestleMania. Lashley and MVP ignored him and the match was underway.

The Miz ran out of the ring as the bell rang and took his title backstage while the referee counted him out. Lashley won the match on RAW via count-out but The Miz remained the champ, as per WWE's rules.

Result: Bobby Lashley def. The Miz but The Miz retained the WWE Championship

Backstage on RAW, MVP and Lashley were furious and Shane McMahon told them that unless The Miz faces The All Mighty in a proper match, he might strip The Miz off the title and hand it to the CEO Of The Hurt Business.

Charlotte Flair was out next on RAW and said that it was only six weeks before WrestleMania and the RAW Women's champ, Asuka, still didn't have a title challenger for the big night. Charlotte wanted to challenge her but Asuka was injured last week by Shayna Baszler.

Shayna and Jax came out and said that no one liked Charlotte and that this wasn't the usual road to WrestleMania. They said one of them would face Asuka before Charlotte attacked Shayna. Baszler and Jax took out Charlotte and hit a leg drop on her before we headed for commercials.

Charlotte vs. Shayna Baszler on RAW

Baszler had the upper hand early and got a near fall before we saw Lana and Naomi watching the match from backstage. Charlotte fought back and tried for the Figure Four but was sent out of the ring.

Jax went for Charlotte on the outside but Flair dodged and sent Jax into the ring steps. Charlotte returned to the ring and hit the Natural Selection for the win.

Result: Charlotte def. Shayna Baszler

Backstage on RAW, Shane McMahon told Adam Pearce that if The Miz did not show up for a rematch with Lashley, Shane will hand The All Mighty the title.


Riddle & Lucha House Party vs. RETRIBUTION on RAW

Riddle and T-Bar started the match and the latter got a near fall. Slapjack was tagged in, followed by Mace, who got a near fall as well.

T-Bar was back in and punishing Riddle on the match before the US Champ managed to send him out of the ring for a huge dive after tagging in Dorado.

Lince and Metalik picked up the win with a double team move followed by a frog splash by Metalik.

Ali came into the ring and challenged Riddle to a non-title match. He told RETRIBUTION to watch and learn from him.

We returned from commercials to see that the match was underway on RAW and Ali hit a neck breaker for a near fall early on. Riddle got a submission locked in and focused on Ali's arm.

Riddle hit a Pele kick and the Final Flash Knee strike but the rest of RETRIBUTION interfered and distracted the ref and took out Riddle.

Ali capitalized on the distractions and hit the top-rope back crusher for the win on RAW. He shouted at his stablemates and told them that they would achieve something if they follow his lead.

The Miz was furious backstage on RAW and yelled at Shane about how good a champion he is and that Shane O'Mac should protect him. He just told him to go out there and face Lashley.

Shane McMahon came out before the match and brought in a number of Superstars as lumberjacks, making it difficult for The Miz to escape. The A-Lister tried to hit Lashley with his title as the bell rang but The All Mighty took it away.

The Miz tried to escape and negotiated with the lumberjacks but they tossed him inside. He tried asking Ali for help outside but Benjamin and Alexander sent him back in for a Flatliner from Lashley.

Lashley tossed The Miz out to RETRIBUTION who tossed him back in the ring. The A-Lister took a Spinebuster and then Lashley put the Hurt Lock for the win on RAW!

Result: Bobby Lashley def. The Miz to become the new WWE Champion!

Lashley posed with the title before getting another Hurt Lock in on The Miz before RAW ended.
