The biggest story to have emerged recently has to be the ongoing tease between former World Champion Batista and Dana Brooke on Twitter. The whole episode started after The Animal revealed that he is single yet again on his Twitter inviting lots of responses from Superstars including one from Brooke - sparking off rumors regrading the two possibily wanting to date each other

Brooke stated that she has already discussed the possibility of going on a date with the former member of Evolution. To which, Batista responded:

As can be seen, Dana Brooke had her own unique response to Batista's question. However, this is not all, the Guardians of the Galaxy star to Twitter again and posted a message aimed at Dana Brooke:

You know. Just standing around with my arms up. I see you been gettin those squats in.

Batista was last seen inside the ring at Wrestlemania 35 when he competed against Triple H in what he has claimed to be his last match. While Batista may not be a part of WWE anymore, he certainly still is one of the most talked-about Superstars in history and it will be very interesting to see where this flirtation between the two will eventually lead to.

#4 Vince McMahon wants to end upcoming Superstar's push

Former 205 Live Superstar Humberto Carillo got a massive push almost right of the bat after being promoted to Monday Night RAW. The Superstar had been feuding with The OC and had multiple matches against the former US Champion AJ Styles.

However, it looks like Vince McMahon is all set to end this young Superstar's dream run and is being given the 'Cedric Alexander' treatment, as per Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live:

"Vince is done with Humberto Carillo for the time being. He’s given him the Cedric Alexander, where you’re still going to see him on TV, I’m sure he’s going to win here and there but like it’s exactly like Cedric Alexander. He got a few weeks, Vince thought he wasn’t getting over and so, he’s done with that big push."

Vince McMahon can be hasty when it comes to deciding how over a Superstar is. One perfect example of another push being completely buried by Vince McMahon was that of former Impact World Champion EC3 who is nowhere to be seen on WWE tv.

#3 Triple H's reaction to an unpopular decision by Vince McMahon

Name changes for teams and Superstars coming from NXT to the main roster is nothing new. However, some of the changes made never go down well with the fans - one such instance being the War Raiders being given the name Viking Experience on moving from NXT to RAW.

Hanson and Rowe were named Ivar and Erik when they got a call-up to the main roster. The former NXT Tag Team Champions were surprised by the name change and asked Triple H if it was true, and Triple responded by shaking his head and telling them to have a word with Vince McMahon.

Here is what Erik told Corey Graves on After the Bell:

We got him, we were able to talk to him, and we were able to plead our case about the name. It sounds like a Disney ride. And then we started shooting off other options – we had at least ten names that we were giving him – and the last one we gave him was The Viking Raiders. He kind of paused on that one and he was like, ‘Alright, well, this is how we’re going to introduce you, as The Viking Experience, and if we’re not feeling that going forward, maybe we can change it to something else.”

#2 Corey Graves apologises to Mauro Ranallo

NXT announcer Mauro Ranallo's absence from WWE Survivor Series made major headlines as it was believed that the reason behind his absence was Corey Graves, and the harsh remarks he had made criticising Ranallo's commentary.

Graves had made a snide remark insinuating that NXT should give more focus to Beh Phoenix and Nigel McGuiness, who are also commentators on NXT.

Corey Graves addressed the situation on his podcast After the Bell and stated that it was not his intention to cause any undue stress.

Before we go any further, on a personal note, I need to address something. This past Saturday, during the TakeOver: WarGames event, I sent out a tweet. It was an unpopular opinion, as I often do, with the intention of just stirring up a little controversy, maybe something fun to talk about on TV or here on the show. It was maybe not the most professional way to go about things and it was never meant to offend or disrespect or disparage anybody. That was never my intention. If it was taken as such, I apologise deeply. That was not my intention. I would never intentionally cause anybody any undue stress, especially a co-worker, so I apologise.”

#1 Details regarding Seth Rollins' heel turn

Seth Rollins has been teasing a fresher and edgier character ever since his feud with Bray Wyatt had started. On RAW this week, however, Rollins added another layer to his character by behaving in a 'heel manner' berating his fellow RAW Superstars during the Townhall meeting.

While The Architect has not turned into a complete villain as of now, it is safe to say that he is no longer the fan-favourite Superstar from a year ago.

Bryan Alvarez gave some interesting details Seth Rollins' plans for his character going forward:

The gist of the show is that Seth Rollins has turned heel, and apprently Seth Rollins has some wacky idea for his character, which I guess is that everybody hates him now, but he’s right and therefore, in the mind of Seth Rollins, he is a babyface even though everybody else thinks he’s a heel. So as a heel he’s going to wrestle as a babyface.

Listen, all of this stuff Seth has been doing where he's been booed out of the building up until yesterday, the idea was never that he was turning heel, I mean in his mind, it was his idea to turn heel. In his mind, he may have been planting seeds but Seth is, he's supposed to be a babyface all the way up until yesterday, so it was just, boom, he turned.
