SmackDown kicked off with a recap of Becky Lynch's Rumble win and what happened on RAW. Becky said that it had been a crazy couple of days. She added that in 3 seconds on RAW, she realized the difference between her and "Ronnie" Ronda Rousey.
She admitted the night didn't start out well for her, but unlike Ronda Rousey, she didn't crumble in defeat. The crowd interjected with loud "Becky" and "You deserve it chants". She said that what she sensed in Ronda's eyes that she doesn't have anymore was fear. She vowed to make her feel it by WrestleMania when Charlotte interfered.
Charlotte congratulated Becky sarcastically for making it out of the kickoff show. Charlotte says that while she wasn't even in the Rumble, she willed her way into it. Charlotte said that she became The Man and the Main Event because of Charlotte.
Charlotte seemed happy but took credit for her success. Becky smacked her down to the floor and the crowd went nuts. Becky walked away triumphantly, but Charlotte attacked her from behind. A brawl began and the officials came out to stop them while the crowd was chanting "This is awesome".
The Fabulous Truth was out next. R-Truth said he got jacked by Nia Jax. He said that had Nia not attacked him, he would have won. Truth mentioned that the McMahons knew about it and offered him a US Title match to compensate.
R-Truth vs Shinsuke Nakamura - United States Championship
Nakamura started off on the aggressive and tried to finish it early. R-Truth caught him early on but Nakamura regained control. He had his knees to the midsection of R-Truth and was in complete control. Nakamura tried to go for the pin but it wasn't enough. Truth rolled him up and despite Nakamura seemingly kicking out, the referee counted to 3 and we had our new US Champion.
Result: R-Truth def. Shinsuke Nakamura to become the NEW United States Champion
After the match, Rusev came out and said that he took the title from Shinsuke Nakamura because he wasn't good enough as a champion. He accused R-Truth of the same. Seemed like Rusev was a heel again.
Carmella shoved Lana down and Rusev demanded R-Truth put the title on the line. He agreed.

Rusev was in control. During the break, Rusev almost put him away. Truth cleverly used the momentum of the turnbuckles to get the quick pin on Rusev.
Result: R-Truth def. Rusev to retain the United States Championship
After the match, Nakamura came out again and attacked Truth. Rusev helped him and they seemingly teased an alliance.
Becky Lynch was injured again in the brawl with Charlotte. She was leaving the arena and when asked about it, she didn't give a clear answer, indicating that it may be worse than what she was giving off.
Rey Mysterio was out for a match. Zelina Vega said he knew that he's responsible for her getting banned ringside. She asked if she was that distracting that he can't focus on his opponent. Andrade then attacked him from behind and hit the Three Amigos, Eddie Guerrero's move. Rey Mysterio tried fighting back but it wasn't enough.
Backstage, Gallows & Anderson berated Rusev for beating down R-Truth. He told them to mind their business. They challenged him and Nakamura to a match. Rusev accepted and told Nakamura that he'll team with him once and he better not screw him.
The Best Tag Team Celebration in the World
Shane McMahon said that Sunday was a dream come true and they're now Tag Team Champions Shane added that The Miz won't forget this moment for the rest of his life.
He said that while it was a little weird how they got there, he showed a lovely video package showing how their partnership came about to show his appreciation. The crowd chanted 'You deserve it'. Shane then called out Miz's dad to the ring who told him he was proud of him and they hugged while Shane was giddy with happiness.
Shane then announced that they'd be defending their titles against the winners of the Four Corners Tag Team Elimination match that was up next.
Backstage, Mandy Rose revealed that Naomi caused her breakup and was the first person to make her cry after "abusing her" during her time in Tough Enough.
The Usos vs. The Bar vs. New Day vs. Heavy Machinery - Four Corners Tag Team Elimination match
The New Day began with Heavy Machinery. It's Otis Dozovic vs Kofi Kingston. Dozovic just sat on Kofi's back when he slides underneath. Big E tagged in and Dozovic had him down while Heavy Machinery marched around him and bump into him from each side.
The New Day was eliminated first and The Usos stepped up against Heavy Machinery. They hit dives to the outside but Cesaro snuck a tag in on the brothers and were the legal team as we cut for commercials.
We returned to see Heavy Machinery in trouble as the Bar kept the pressure on. Dozovic did the caterpillar and then splashed on Cesaro but it was a two count. Knight was back in the ring before an uppercut from Cesaro allowed Sheamus to hit the Brogue Kick and Heavy Machinery were eliminated.
The Usos wasted no time and brought the fight to The Bar. They made sure there was no scope for distraction and they hit the frog splash to get the big win.
Result: The Usos are the #1 contenders for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships
Daniel Bryan addresses the WWE Universe
Daniel Bryan made his way to the ring next and talked about how one man came out to support the 'cause' at Royal Rumble before introducing Rowan. Bryan said the Big Red was his intellectual peer and was able to see through AJ Style's facade. Bryan then admitted that he was a hypocrite for carrying the WWE title and said how the belt stood for excess.
Daniel named the cow that was killed to make the belt Daisy and dropped the belt in a trashcan that was brought to the ring. He said they needed a new symbol to change the world and took out a new belt, made of oak, hemp, and tiny coloured pebbles.
AJ Styles came out and said he must be crazy and must have smoked the prototype of the belt to have thrown the WWE title in the trash. Orton interfered at that moment and the three argued before Mustafa Ali came out followed by Samoa Joe who trashed on all of them before a brawl broke out and Bryan stood on the announce table and said that he will be champion forever.
Triple H came up on the Titantron and announced that at Elimination Chamber, Daniel will defend his strap against all five Superstars. The brawl continued and Daniel escaped backstage as the cameras cut out.
Just to confirm - Daniel Bryan vs AJ Styles vs Randy Orton vs Jeff Hardy vs Samoa Joe vs Mustafa Ali is the Elimination Chamber WWE title match!
