Tigers' Cabrera suffers bicep tendon strain
Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera left Tuesday's game against the Minnesota Twins with a left bicep tendon strain.
Cabrera is undergoing an MRI to reveal the extent of the injury sustained on a swing in the early innings, the team announced.
The 35-year-old first baseman has already spent time on the disabled list this year with a hamstring injury.
He has missed 30 games this year.
