Stat line: 50 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and a game-saving block on 61.3 % shooting

The Minnesota Timberwolves played hosts to the Utah Jazz and were high on confidence, after beating the Los Angeles Lakers, two nights before at home. Rose registered his first 50-point game and had a game-saving block to help the T-Wolves win.

Rose turned back the clock and showed the flashes of old Rose that we once knew. He was aggressive on the night, slashed and attacked the rim throughout the game. In the absence of Jimmy Butler, Rose carried the team on his back and made sure the T-Wolves got the win.

He finished the night on ridiculous 19-31 shooting from the field. Rose was also money from beyond the arc and went 4-7 from downtown. Thanks to his attacking style of play, he drew a lot of fouls and finished 8-11 from the charity stripe.

With the T-Wolves up 126-125 towards the end of the game, Rose got fouled and made both the free-throws to get to 50 points and extended the lead to 3. He then blocked the potential game-winning shot and the Timberwolves held on to the win. Rose was very emotional after the game and he was mobbed by his teammates after the win.
