In the fall of 2015, Odom's battle hit a scary high after he was rushed to the hospital due to an overdose. He was in a coma for four days, and Khloe stayed by his side through it all. Their divorce was pending at the time, but she decided to revoke it to help with medical decisions on his behalf.

Odom went to rehab following the incident, but it was not enough to save his marriage. Since his overdose, the former NBA star has managed to remain sober.

Despite divorcing in 2016, the couple gave birth to their first child over the summer. Prior to this, the two only had kids from previous relationships. Odom had three children with his high school girlfriend, and Kardashian had one child in 2018 with former NBA champion Tristan Thompson.
