England all-rounder Ben Stokes says he cannot wait for a potentially epic cricket season to unfold.
"I'm looking forward to the summer starting and getting into it," Stokes said ahead of the 2019 World Cup and the Ashes series against Australia.
England, fresh from a 4-0 ODI series over Pakistan, will have home advantage for the World Cup and against an Australia side still feeling the after-effects of the ball tampering scandal that saw former captain Steve Smith and star batsman David Warner serve lengthy bans from the game.
