IPL 2018: ICC set to ban AB De Villiers if he fails to prove he is human

Note: This article is intended for satire!! Everything that has been said below is purely fictional, except for the fact that ABD is not human!!!

AB De Villiers' latest pyrotechnics to dismiss Hales against SRH seems to have landed him in hot water with BCCI and ICC finally losing their patience with the man from South Africa. SRH is said to have lodged a formal complaint with BCCI and a SRH official was quoted as saying

"We have seen the catch a thousand times and it is just impossible for humans to leap that high!! Hales is in a complete breakdown mode as first of all he couldn't believe that he had finally middled a ball and then ABD jumping like he was on a trampoline to catch that ball was the final nail in his coffin"

The South African is scheduled to undergo a test before the end of IPL to prove he is human as he is supposed to visit his mother planet where he is being facilitated for his exploits on Earth.

The ICC had been constantly trying to keep an eye on him ever since he entered the international arena, but it has been tough to keep an eye on a man who is constantly on the move.

de Villiers is set to be pitted against Baba Ramdev to clear his batting test

The 34-year-old will be pitted against Baba Ramdev, the most elastic human on the planet who will test his battings skills as he is the only one capable of replicating ABD's positions when he hits sixes.

Rohit Sharma was said to be overjoyed at the decision as he was quoted as saying

"See this is why i never score runs consistently.I too can hit a 200 or a 300 every match but i am smart enough to score only when I place in the team is in danger as i do not want myself to be tested on my human nature".

The entire bowling community, especially Jason Holder were overjoyed on hearing the news as they could call off their search for alternate jobs and there is also a chance of them finally getting justice for all the massacre he unleashed on them over the years!!

De Villiers could not be reached for his comments as he is supposedly "out-of-reach" but an RCB official was quoted as saying

"ABD has time and again proved that he too is a normal human being with his performances in knockout matches of international tournaments and we believe that he will easily clear this test; after all, he is not a normal human being like us".
