In the 2019 T10 League, Andre Fletcher played for Bangla Tigers, the team which finished the competition in third place in the points table. The opening wicket-keeper batsman scored 186 runs in 8 matches for his team in the tournament.

Moreover, Fletcher was the competition's second-highest six-hitter with 19 maximums to his name. During the 3rd place play-off, the Caribbean batsman smashed a match-winning 30-ball 52, which earned him the Player of the Match award.

As a big six-hitter from West Indies, Fletcher would be valuable in the powerplay overs for any IPL team that gains his services. After releasing two overseas openers in Joe Denly and Chris Lynn, Kolkata Knight Riders may like to obtain the services of the West Indies opener.

Royal Challengers Bangalore has released six overseas players, including their Caribbean top-order batsman Shimron Hetmyer and South African wicketkeeper Heinrich Klaasen. Therefore, they could use an overseas top-order batsman and keeper like Fletcher.

In a match against the defending champions Northern Warriors, Garton took a 3-wicket haul, which restricted the Warriors to 46 all out. The 22-year-old's talent and consistency at such a young age in such a fast-paced competition could go a long way in helping him earn an IPL contract.

After releasing specialist fast bowlers like Dale Steyn, Tim Southee, and Nathan Coulter-Nile, RCB could target Garton at the December auction. Garton could also receive interest from Chennai Super Kings at the auction.

The CSK team has an overseas slot for a decent left-arm pacer after releasing David Willey. Similarly, Kings XI has released the young Sam Curran, so they also have an option to purchase the services of Garton.

Therefore, it is apparent that the Australian could receive some huge bids in the auction. CSK has always shown interest in having experienced Australian openers so they could target Lynn to fill up the overseas slot left by Sam Billings.

With six empty overseas slots, RCB could try to acquire Lynn because of their need for a reliable top-order batsman. However, it wouldn't be surprising if KKR has a change of heart and enters a bidding war for Lynn.
