In his test career, Allan Border took a total of 156 catches of which 51 came in the Ashes. The former Australian skipper played a total of 42 Ashes matches which make him one of the most capped players in this history of this iconic fixture.

Allan Border has a vast array of records to his name but he sure will cherish being amongst the top men to have claimed most number of catches in the history of Ashes simply because he relished playing England.
