Former Indian captain MS Dhoni is a huge admirer of automobiles and is known to have cars and bikes in huge numbers. He has expressed his love for cars and bikes on numerous occasions since his teenage years. With his exploits on the cricket field, he has developed a lifestyle where he managed to convert his liking for automobiles into a collection.

Dhoni’s car collection has a variety of vintage cars, luxury cars, budget cars, some of which are very special to him. The Nissan Jonga is one such car as it was specially made for the Indian army and is definitely not a luxury or vintage car. But he has added it to his collection because of his immense love for the army.

The one that catches the eye among MS Dhoni’s cars is the Ferrari 599 GTO valued at close INR 1.40 crore. While the price of his Rolls Royce car is not known, these two might be the most valued cars in his possession.

Dhoni also has a Mahindra Swaraj Tractor in his farmhouse, which he was seen driving around in when the world was halted by COVID-19 in 2020.

Hummer H2

MS Dhoni has an ‘MSD’ badging on his Hummer. This beast has a 6.2-litre V8 petrol engine, which can generate a maximum power of 393 bhp. The production of this model is no longer active. However, the 75-lakh SUV does have a good name in the market because of the former Indian captain.

Mahindra group customized a special Scorpio for the-then Indian captain and gifted it to him in 2007. As Dhoni himself explains in the video, the interior has been kept the same as the rest of the Scorpios but the exterior looks have been modified for the legend from Ranchi. The SUV has a 2179 cc engine which can generate a maximum of 140 bhp. The special cruise control feature was one of the attractions back in the day in the Scorpio.

It has a 6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine. This powerful engine can generate upto 661 bhp. Another interesting feature about this car is that it takes less than 3.5 seconds to rack up 0-100 kph.

Specially designed for the Indian armed forces, it was added to Dhoni’s collection in 2019, mostly because of his admiration for the armed forces. The Jonga (also known as Nissan 4W73) has been inspired from the Dodge M37 Weapon Carrier. It has a 4-litre engine which can produce 128 bhp and 279 Nm torque.

Dhoni had gifted himself a 1971 Pontiac Firebird Trans am once he announced his retirement from international cricket. The 50-year-old car is believed to have been imported from the United States of America. It has a V8 Big Block Engine that has the capacity to produce around 325 bhp and a 4-speed gearbox

Mercedes Benz GLE

This car is the third generation of the M-Class and a 350d variant that Dhoni possesses. It is believed that the cricketer has kept this car in Maharashtra to travel around when he is in the state.
