Arshdeep Singh's dropped catch and Bhuvneshwar Kumar's expensive 19th over proved to be the difference between India and Pakistan as the latter won the game in Dubai on Sunday, September 4, by five wickets with a ball to spare.The Super 4 clash of the Asia Cup 2022 went right down to the wire, and after Muhammad Rizwan's dismissal (71 off 52 balls) in the 17th over, it looked like the Men in Blue would claw their way back into the game. However, Arshdeep dropped an absolute sitter at short third man after Asif Ali miscued a shot off Ravi Bishnoi in the very next over. Captain Rohit Sharma was visibly furious at the missed opportunity.The dropped catch came back to haunt India as Asif (16 off eight) and Khushdil Shah (14 off 11) smashed Bhuvneshwar Kumar for 19 runs in the penultimate over.
