Why Kolkata Knight Riders have the most balanced side in the IPL 2019

It has been often seen in the Indian Premier League that the team that wins the tournament is not the team with many superstars but the team which is most balanced. The biggest example of this was the first season where no one expected a team like Rajasthan Royals to win the tournament but they were able to surprise many and went on to win the inaugural season.

Also, Kolkata Knight Riders won the IPL when they had utility players and not superstars like Chris Gayle or Brendon McCullum.

Coming to Indian Premier League 2019, the Kolkata Knight Riders looks the most balanced side in the tournament. They perhaps have the best-balanced side in this year's tournament. They have every base covered whether it be their bowling, batting or all-rounders.

Batting

Kolkata Knight Riders have the superpower in their batting line up to disturb the line and length of any bowler. They have big hitters like Chris Lynn at the top of the order who can just take the game away from the opposition single-handedly.
