Rugby 15 set to be released on November

The Rugby 15 video game is being developed by Big Ben Interactive and HB Studios and will be released for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The game is scheduled for a November release.

The HB Studios are famous for their rugby and cricket games released under EA Sports label and other games like NBA Live ‘08, The Golf Club and much more. This studio uses ‘Unity Engine’ , which helps them translate this game to multiple platforms without visiual sacrifice, The New Zealand release of this game will have localised pack shot featuring Joe Rocokoko, Rene Ranger and Benson Stanley.

The game allows the players to create their own competition or play in any of the licensed competitions and it is also possible to play an individual match with upto 4 controllers. One minor point being, the game does not support online mode as it was confirmed by the developers that they focus mostly on the basics of the game keeping in mind the future releases.

The licenses for many teams will be announced in the coming weeks and till now the game has licenses for all clubs in the Top 14, Pro D2, Aviva Premiership and Pro12 comeptitions.
