His shot is the same as his pace, but his passing is an incredible 86. Like Mertens, Coutinho isn't gifted with the best physicality with his standing at a 64.

Douglas Costa has long been a favourite of the FIFA community for his blistering pace and tremendous potential for linkages. After a solid season with Serie A champions Juventus, Costa sees himself getting upgraded to an 86, with an impressive 91 for dribbling.
Even though he has a 91 for dribbling, his best stat still lies in his pace of 95. That coupled with his dribbling instantly make him one of the best cards to use. He has a decent shot of 75 and passing of 81. His physicality lets him down, with it being a paltry 65. His weak foot is 3-star, but he has 5-star skill moves. His pace makes him one of the most desirable players in FIFA.

If his teammate Mertens is a diminutive forward, Insigne can be considered downright miniature. Don't let that fool you because Insigne is one of the best forwards in the world right now, and his 91 dribbling adds to that. The second Napoli man on this list, Insigne and Mertens are perfect strike partners in FIFA.
Aside from the Ultimate team chemistry link between the two strikers, Insigne has 90 pace to go with his dribbling. He has a 76 shot and great 84 passing. However, his physicality is downright awful at 50. His height doesn't make him desirable, but his 4-star skill moves and 3-star weak foot make him a great option in FIFA 19.

Paulo Dybala has been one of the best players for Juventus ever since he signed from Parma. He is one of the finest players on the ball and still has room to blossom into a much better player. His 91 dribbling shows how great he is with the ball and FIFA 19 has adequately recognized that.
Dybala is probably one of the most well-rounded attacking players in the entire world. He has shifted from a striker to an amazing playmaker. He has 85 pace and shooting to supplement his 91 dribbling. He also has 85 passing for his 3-star weak foot and 4-star skill moves. He is easily one of the best players in the game, but his weak physicality of 66 is a slight blemish.

#5 Luka Modric (Real Madrid)
The best player in Europe last year, Modric's performances for Croatia and Real Madrid saw him have the best year of his career. He has shown his dribbling prowess his entire career, which is reflected in EA Sports's assessment of him by giving him a 91 dribbling.
Modric has the best stats for a central midfielder. Even though his supplementary stats aren't as flashy as the other players on this list, he is probably the most functional player here. He has 76 pace and shot, but a mind-blowing 90 for passing. He has adequate defensive stats at 70 and the best physicality on this list at a low 67. Packing two 4-star ratings, Modric may be the midfield general every team would be lucky to have.

The Real Madrid man may be considered to be underrated and underutilized within the Los Meringues system, but EA Sports definitely thinks highly of him by giving him an overall of 89 and a mammoth 92 for dribbling. This makes him the 4th best dribbler in the game.
Isco may be 89 in the game and have 92 for dribbling, but he is not the best player to use in the game. Even though he has tremendous dribbling and his passing is 85, his pace and shot aren't the best. 72 pace and 81 shot isn't top tier. Along with that, Isco doesn't have the best physicality either having 62 for that.

#3 Eden Hazard (Chelsea)
Eden Hazard is probably one of the best players in the Premier League and he has held that distinction for a long while. An absolute terror on the ball, Hazard has been dazzling Premier League audiences ever since he joined Chelsea, and now he has been rewarded with a 94 for dribbling in this year's game.
Hazard is possibly the best player to use from the Premier League in FIFA 19. Absolutely rapid with 91 pace to go with his dribbling. He is a more than competent finisher with an 82 shot and his distribution is top notch with 86 passing. Even though his physicality may be a little low at 67, his 4* skill moves and weak foot could make him super effective.

Neymar may be the best player that most people can use on FIFA. The FIFA pros use his base card over most informs, and that is with good reason. Along with that, he has 84 shot and 5-star skill moves. 4-star weak foot helps him too, and makes him super desirable, despite his low physicality of 59. The Brazilian superstar Neymar is one of the best players in FIFA and the world. He is known to have some of the best movement on the ball and is looked at as a the benchmark of dazzling dribbling. EA Sports know that and have recognized it by giving him a 95 for dribbling.

The joint highest overall player in this game, Messi has been proving to everyone how he is easily the best dribbler of our generation. His low centre of gravity is known about, but he has been scoring wonder goals after dribbling through entire teams and 96 dribbling is adequate justification for his talents.
Lionel Messi is easily one of the best players to play with on FIFA. That was probably made obvious with him being the highest overall player, but let's analyse his stats and see why he is amazing. 88 pace and passing, along with his 91 shot, Messi is an absolute terror in the game. All of this easily hides his weak 61 physicality and his 4-star weak foot and skill moves make him even better.
