Days Gone PS4: New screenshots and more insight on Deacon and Sarah's relationship revealed

Days Gone – the open world zombie game by Sony Bend Studios is still 3 months away from release, but PlayStation is doubling down on revealing new content and information about the game almost every week now.

Just a while ago, via the PlayStation's Twitter account, it was revealed that fans are invited to what seems to be Deacon (the main protagonist of Days Gone) and Sarah's (presumably his former lover) wedding.

According to the invitation, it was revealed that both are completely opposite with one being the member of an outlaw motorcycle club while the other being a botanist. But they have decided to ride off into the sunset and face the next chapter of life together as man and wife.

Some might know that the game's initial trailer revealed that Sarah's fate when the outbreak happened but the screenshots revealed alongside this invitation points towards a story segment that actually focuses on Deacon's relationship with Sarah, possibly via a flashback parallel storyline.

Obviously, fans should be really excited seeing this, because it would give the storyline a bit more depth and emotion it needs and also reflects upon Deacon's personality before and after Sarah's death.

Also for everyone touched by these above screenshots should note that by entering "DAYSGONE" as an RSVP code would give them access to actually see the wedding this week.

Please join us on this site Wednesday, February 13th, 2019 at 6:00am PT to watch the wedding of Deacon and Sarah.

It's not actually whether they would show the back story of Deacon and Sarah's marriage via a video or a live stream but its something to be excited about and personally I can't wait.

Days Gone is out 26th April 2019 exclusively on PS4.
