After years of waiting for Elder Scrolls, fans rejoiced when Elder Scrolls 6 was officially confirmed at Bethesda E3 2018's showcase. There were many speculative and hypothetical talks about Elder Scrolls 6. Even after the game got confirmed at E3 2018 it presented us with a whole lot of new questions. Specifically, it brought an urge among the Elder Scrolls fan to know about the game even more than before.

Elder Scrolls 6 Redfall which may become the official name for the game is already facing some problems with the copyright issues regarding the name. Though these issues will most probably be handled by the company in near future. The things we should be worried about must be the release date of Elder Scrolls 6, Where in Tamriel will it take place, what we will get in terms of story and so on. Well in terms of release date it can be assumed that Elder Scrolls 6 Redfall is not going to release soon.

One of the questions that I always get whenever I try to think about Elder Scrolls 6 is that, Will it be able to retain the glory of Skyrim? Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim was a masterpiece of a game even among its own series. Whether you talk about the different variety of landscapes and locations which mesmerized us with its sheer beauty or the gameplay mechanics. Elder Scrolls 5 was not just a game it was an Isekai for gamers where they can spend there time. The character development, the story progression where all set at the right pace. The game had ample amount of side missions, characters, encounters and other things which kept us busy for months. In particular when I was playing the game I spent more than 40+ hours in the area, "Winterhold". Doing the mage guild (aka College of Winterhold) quests and learning new spells were rewarding and satisfying.

Even though Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim was recommended to me by a friend of mine countless time. I was pretty much skeptical about it, I have always liked games with intense and fast pace battles/gameplay. Everything changed when I started playing the game, after the first few hours of Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim I was attached to the game even. I spent countless hours in grinding quests and upgrading my skills and characters. Most of my time was spent on finding the hidden lore and backstory which were portrayed in books, dungeons and other places. Each and every character in Skyrim had different personality although there were times when you might find two similar character models of NPC's. Which was acceptable as the game was insanely huge.

Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim was not an MMO title, it was a simple RPG even though it didn't divide the characters based on class and skills. There were more than enough paths for you to choose in terms of skill upgrade and aspects in which your character can prevail the battlefield in your preferred way. The huge skills tree and the weapon level up system made it easier for players to spend their experience to make their character more magic based, Sword and Stamina based, Archery or Stealth based or other such skill based characters. You were given the freedom to choose what you want to be, in every one of my playthrough I played with a distinct skill focused character.

"You know, if you have the aptitude, you should join the Mage's College in Winterhold," Farengar Secret-Fire

I still remember the above line from Farengar from when I first played Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim. Similarly to the above quote from Farengar if Elder Scrolls 6 Redfall want to retain the glory of elder scrolls 5 Skyrim. It should better have something good and new stored for us. Skyrim's glory and fan base made it one of the best RPG games in the entire genre. To overcome that wall elder scrolls 6 has to present new Ideas and creativity which could offer a better quality time that we got while playing Skyrim. We were already enlightened with the ongoing problem with Bethesda's game engine after problem with Fallout 76. How the parent company doesn't want to bother with upgrading the old engine. As a Skyrim fan or in general as an Elder Scrolls fan, I expect Elder Scrolls 6 Redfall to be a superior elder scrolls title than Skyrim in every aspect. What do you all think about the Elder Scrolls 6? What are your thoughts on the topic?
