Genshin Impact is a free-to-play game developed by Chinese developer mHoYo. The game was released in the year 2020.The story follows the Traveler, who travels in search of the lost sibling with their companion Paimon and becomes involved in the affairs of Teyvat's nations. The game is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, and iOS devices. There are currently no plans for an Xbox or Nintendo Switch release.
Adventure Rank
In Genshin Impact, your account level is known as Adventure Rank. Currently, Adventure Rank 60 is the highest Rank you can reach in the game. However, the higher your AR, the more EXP you will need to reach the next level. Aim to finish the main story to get Adventure EXP fast. Your Adventure Rank will increase as you acquire more Adventure EXP.
Challenges in Adventurer's Guide
There’s an Adventurer’s Guild Daily Commissions system. This is a feature you'll unlock at Adventure Rank 12. Every day four Commissions will become available to you to complete which will each earn you EXP, Companionship EXP, Primogems, Mora, and Enhancement Ore. After completing all four Commission Quests, turning them into the Adventurers Guild will give you an additional 500 Adventure Rank EXP.
Quests
There are various types of quests you'll encounter in Genshin Impact. The most important is the main story in the form of Archon Quests. The quests are listed below:

Visions, Weapons, Artifacts
The game has an elemental-style gameplay system. Each playable character in the game has their own elemental power, which is called a Vision. There are seven Vision types namely,
- Anemo
- Hydro
- Cryo
- Geo
- Pyro
- Electro
- Dendro.
Alongside a Vision, each character also has their own weapon. These weapon types include
- Sword
- Claymore
- Polearm
- Bow
- Catalyst.
In Genshin Impact, items called Artifacts are used to raise character's stats--thus making them stronger in ATK, DEF, CRIT, Max HP, Elemental output, and more. It's important to equip and switch out Artifacts to your characters as you level them.
Level-up Characters
Levelling up characters is needed to strengthen your characters. It increases their main stats such as Max HP, ATK, Def, as well as bonus stats.
How To Level Up Fast?
The best way to level up your characters is through the use of Character EXP Materials. You can get them from quests, defeating elite enemies, and from chests around the world.
Use Resins
Original Resin replenishes every 8 minutes, so it is best to use them everyday to farm more efficiently.
Cook Food
Food is very powerful in Genshin Impact. Cooking can really be useful as it can create food that can heal, buff, and revive your characters! Be sure to use characters that give a special bonus when cooking.
Spend your Sigils
They're a type of regional currency earned from chests or sometimes found while exploring. The sigil store offers a finite selection of ascension materials, mora, weapon blueprints, and constellations for the Traveler. Inazuma doesn't have a sigil store, but has the Sacred Sakura. If you offer your sigils there, it will upgrade the level of your electrogranum, allowing you to get through higher-level barriers and explore even more of the islands.
