Ubisoft has released a bunch of community videos this year for their upcoming games after a long holiday break. The new video out this time showcases the playable maps for their upcoming title Toy Soldiers War Chest. The game is a tower defence/shooter hybrid game where players will have to protect their toy box from incoming waves of enemies by using different kind of turrets. The game will require tons of strategy when it comes to placing and upgrading turrets. Players can also take command of these turrets to take down enemy waves.

Each of the games maps will quite different from the other, coming with its own theme, size, and setup. Players will be able to re-shape the maps by setting up barricades or blowing up structures. This will force enemies to change their path so players will have a bit of time to rebuild their turrets. The look and feel of game will also vary depending on which map you choose. Each map will also have different units like infantry. These units will be generated from unique locations in the map and players will have to place their turrets accordingly.

Developers Signal Studios are yet to reveal what the two unannounced armies are, and all they’ve said so far is that the two are definitely not anime related. So it’s up to fans to guess what these two new units will be.

Toy Soldiers War Chest will be out sometime this year for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. You can check out the new maps video below:
