Every little scrap of news related to Hideo Kojima's mysterious new PS4 exclusive game is important, and hence this comes in.

Apparently, Hideo Kojima flew to Amsterdam to visit Guerrilla Games and showed them the first two hours of the game himself. What's more is that he was himself playing the game, as is indicated by the tweets from the people working in Guerrilla Games.

Death Stranding is, of course, being developed by the powerful Decima Engine, the same one which powered up undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous looking PS4 titles, Horizon Zero Dawn.

Since sharing the source code of the game back in 2016, Guerrilla Games and Kojima Productions have been cooperatively working together, helping each other out and co-modifying the Decima Engine according to the needs of both the studios, and so its pretty obvious they got to see the game first.

Aki Saito, Head of Marketing & Communications of Kojima Productions was one of the very first to tweet out the following:

The people at Guerrilla Games were as expected, blown away by what they saw.

Hermen Hulst- Managing Director and Co-founder at Guerrilla Games tweeted out the following to show his enthusiasm towards the upcoming game and the partnership with Kojima Productions.

Death Stranding still doesn't have a release date or a release window, although PlayStation Europe did tease that Death Stranding might be coming in 2019, but that actually seems like a mistake as of now. The game is still probably a while away, and continues to impress and mesmerise everyone who gets to see it.
