1. The Last of Us Part II

2. Ghost of Tsushima
Ghost of Tsushima is an action-adventure video game developed by a sucker punch, the same developers that brought you the Infamous series. Like their previous games, Ghost of Tsushima has phenomenal graphics and unique gameplay design.
Despite being a new IP, the game is doing quite well in terms of catching the eyes of gaming community. The short gameplay video revealed at E3 2018 was simply amazing. If you have seen the gameplay trailer then you definitely know why this game is on the list of top 5 upcoming games.
Plot-Set in 1274 on Tsushima Island, the game revolves around the last samurai, Jin Sakai (Daisuke Tsuji), during the first Mongol invasion of Japan. Jin will have to master a new fighting style, the way of the Ghost, to defeat the Mongol forces and fight for the freedom and independence of Japan.

3. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
Sekiro Shadows Die Twice is a new IP from the developers of Souls series, From Software. The new action-adventure game is set in the late Sengoku Period which means no more knights, cleric or some old characters or souls' character. This time the game will be more story based while having the souls game touch.
Plot- The game takes place in a reimagined late 16th century Sengoku period Japan. In it, the player takes control of a shinobi who was left for dead after his lord was kidnapped and his arm is severed by a leading samurai of the Ashina clan. The shinobi awakens to find that his missing arm has been replaced with a prosthetic by a mysterious busshi who dubs him Sekiro, or "the one-armed wolf". Armed with a katana and the prosthetic, which allows for various tools and gadgets to be installed on it, he sets out to rescue his lord and get revenge.
4. Days Gone
Days Gone is an action adventure survival horror game being developed by the new SIE Bend Studios. The game is set two years after a global pandemic-overwhelmed civilization turned millions into mindless zombies known as ‘Freakers.’
They’re fast, relentless and arguably unstoppable. The post apocalyptic world of Days Gone is explored with the eyes of Deacon St. John, the main protagonist. Days Gone can already be considered a great game as we already have many gameplay and walkthrough of the game for the first few hours which shows how unique this game is going to be.
What really excites me about Days Gone is the new zombies and the bike. Exploring a dangerous post-apocalyptic world filled with zombies, which are some what similar to the World War Z movie zombies, is quite exciting.

5. Code Vein
Code Vein is an upcoming action role playing game inspired from the souls series developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Code Vein is also a post apocalyptic game having a vampire theme. Like other games from Bandai Namco Entertainment, Code Vein also has an anime-like graphics and a fluid gameplay mechanics.
Plot - Code Vein is a third-person action role-playing game that puts players into the role of a Revenant. These immortal soldiers were created to counter the threat of mankind that appeared after the Great Collapse, a catastrophic event eradicating most of the population.
By injecting human corpses with the Biological Organ Regenerative Parasite, they were brought back from the dead, gaining superhuman capabilities and the ability to revive after death as long as their heart stays intact at the cost of losing their memories.
Players are tasked to embark into the world with a companion picked from the various residents of Vein to uncover their memories and an exit out of this new demented reality.
