FIA: Bianchi undergoing surgery after sustaining severe head injuries

Jules Bianchi is undergoing a surgery after sustaining a severe head injuries following his crash at the Japanese Grand Prix, FIA has revealed.
Under treacherous conditions on lap 43, Jules Bianchi crashed into a recovery vehicle at turn seven that was deployed to pick up the wrecked Sauber of Adrian Sutil who himself crashed at the very same corner,a lap ago.Medical crew arrived immediately on site and Bianchi was taken out of the car and sent to the circuit's in house medical circuit. With condition being serious, an ambulance transferred him to a nearby hospital. In normal circumstances, a helicopter is used for this purpose, but due to medical reasons, the medical team found it to be a more appropriate way of transferring the injured driver out of the circuit.In the hindsight, many people have questioned as to why the race wasn't preponed, despite everyone being aware of the tyhpoon Phanfone that was scheduled to hit the country today. A few drivers also believe the race should been stopped earlier.
