Lewis Hamilton notched his 44th career pole position at the Canadian Grand Prix on Saturday, defeating his nearest rival Nico Rosberg by three tenths off a second. Kimi Raikkonen secured third position on the grid for Ferrari, while teammate Sebastian Vettel was eliminated in Q1 with ERS issues. The two Lotus drivers locked the third row on the grid, with Grosjean leading the charge for the Enstone based squad.
