Ronaldo is not thinking about retirement anytime soon

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has spoken about when he wants to retire and his life after football. Speaking at the launch of his new hotel in Lisbon, Ronaldo said:

"Life is not just about football,

"Although football is my grand passion, I must start to think about the future.

"I don't have many years left, about 10 more or less, so I must look to the future."

The Portuguese legend has had a stellar career so far, both at Manchester United and Real Madrid. One of the game’s greatest ever players, Ronaldo has won an incredible four Premier League titles, a La Liga title, 3 Champions Leagues and a European Championship.

With the Real Madrid superstar not expected to retire anytime soon, the trophy collection is only set to grow.

Real Madrid not in crisis says Zidane after fourth straight draw

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane denied his side were facing a crisis after they drew 1-1 at home to La Liga minnows Eibar and racked up a fourth consecutive draw for the first time in more than 10 years.

Although Real remain unbeaten in the league, they are without a win in their last three games and are on 15 points from seven games, the number Zidane's predecessor Rafael Benitez had earned at the same stage last season.

"We are not in crisis, we're only in October. What we need to do is improve, we can't lose our minds over this," Zidane told a news conference on Sunday.

"I'm not going to go crazy and neither are my players, all I can see is that we need to work harder and be more intense at the start of games."

The international break has come at the right time for Zidane, with their next match in La Liga being an away trip to Real Betis.

"We leave tonight with a bad taste in the mouth. We let our opponents play in the first half and we knew that they could score like that and we didn't deal with it, we can't blame fitness issues, we just need to work with more intensity, starting with me. When the players return from international duty we have to turn this around, we can't continue like this."

Although Real Madrid have had a bad run, they are still second behind Atletico Madrid with Barcelona in 4th position after their shock loss against Celta Vigo.
