The Football Fives League 2016, which is currently being held in 10 venues with 10 highly skilled teams of Bengaluru, has ended the third week of matches.

Although Super Park has got off to a slow start, Bejoi, one of the team owners is very confident of a comeback in the next few games, “We have a bunch of talented young players who have done really well in the 11aSide format against teams like BFC, Ozone and MEG. They will be unstoppable once they get familiar with the fives format.”

Al-Fateh weren't themselves against Barefoot and that showed in the results. Ajaz, the mentor of the team felt that the team wasn't prepared enough for the game and Barefoot took full advantage of it. "They were a man down and still dominated the game. This isn't the team that the world knows, a result like this helps us introspect and get our campaign back in place.”

Week 4 matches start on 14 October of the coming week. Team owners and players at Football Fives League are highly motivated and eagerly waiting for the week four matches to begin to turn the tables around.

"After an amazing first match win against West Block FC, the boys lost a bit of form in the second match against Al Fateh. After a couple of injuries, we need to re-organise our team to make the best 9 available for the matches ahead. With our next match on October 16, we have some much-needed rest to strategise and regroup for the matches ahead. Realistically we feel we can win the next 3 matches on the trot And jump to the top of the table and stay there. Come on boys let's bring it home.” said Gopal, Team Owner at FairPlay FC.
