Jerry Boima Karpeh was back to his scoring ways, as he netted a second-half brace to help Sporting Clube de Goa overcome Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim 4-1 in the Goa Pro League at the Duler ground in Mapusa on Monday afternoon.

The Flaming Oranje started to build-up momentum again and were rewarded for their efforts when Jerry slotted home his tenth goal of the campaign. Deep into injury time substitute Stephen Barretto scored after a mistake at the Cavelossim back to seal victory for Sporting Goa.
Sporting Goa have now collected 19 points from eight matches and are just a point behind leaders Churchill Brothers SC, while Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim stay on nine points.
