Author's Take

The inclusion of former ISL players and a current manager certainly proves that ISL has been largely successful in bringing in quality foreign stars and an aesthetic international appeal. Several other ISL stars have also featured in several legends and charity games earlier. Such instances are a positive sign for Indian football.
