Bengaluru FC were one of the most defensive sides in the 2019-20 Indian Super League. The Blues finished third despite an All India Attacking Line Up. The likes of Erik Paartulu, Dimas Delgado, and Juanan put up an extra shift throughout the season to cover up the lack of quality upfront. The Blues have bought in players like Cleiton Silva, and Kristian Opseth to complement the likes of Sunil Chhetri and Udanta Singh upfront. The 2018-19 ISL Champions look like a solid balanced unit but lack the X-Factor to make it to the top-four in the ISL points table. Their early pre-season may prove vital in a season like no other.
