Last season’s runners-up, Atletico Madrid travel to Real Valladolid as the Los Rojiblancos hope to bridge the gap between themselves and league leaders, Real Madrid.

Real Sociedad and Getafe lock horns next at the Anoeta as the Basque outfit looks to continue its impressive start to the term.

The game-week culminates with the marquee match of the weekend. Sevilla, under the stewardship of Julen Lopetegui, visit the Camp Nou as they hope to become the first team to strip points off Barcelona on their home turf.

Despite the Blaugrana’s blues on the road, the Catalan side has looked imperious at home, scoring 12 of their 16 goals at the Camp Nou.

Thus, the encounter boasts the potential to provide a wonderful spectacle for the onlookers, especially considering Sevilla’s propensity to play an attractive brand of football.
