After another enthralling international break, attention would shift to club football, with LaLiga taking center stage as the clubs resume their battle to achieve their targets for the season.

Of all 10 fixtures slated for matchday 4, the marquee clash would undoubtedly be at Camp Nou, as Barcelona host Valencia.

The Blaugrana have been in indifferent form in their title defence this season and would come into the clash having failed to pick up a victory against Osasuna last time out, playing out a 2-2 draw with the newly-promoted side at the El Sadar stadium.

For their part, Valencia have also not impressed and are currently placed 10th in the league standings, having picked up four points from a possible nine so far this season.

Both teams have the same number of points, having posted one defeat, draw and victory from their first three fixtures.

Barcelona fans would have been expecting the return of talisman Lionel Messi who is yet to contribute this season but reports emanating suggest that the Argentine international would not be risked for the clash against Los Che.

In what would be an exciting clash, both sides are bound to go all out for three points to solidify their claim on the league table, making this a must-watch for all football fans.

Players to watch out for

Barcelona - Antoine Griezmann

Griezmann has had a mixed start to his Barcelona career after completing his transfer from Atletico Madrid.

He struggled during pre-season and had a sub-par and anonymous official debut against Athletic Bilbao, but was the star of the show on matchday two, weighing in with two goals and an assist as Barcelona decimated Real Betis 5-2.

With Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez still doubts for the clash against Valencia, the French international would once more be the man expected to lead the line and Barcelona fans would hope that he comes through.

Valencia - Rodrigo

Rodrigo Moreno Machedo (popularly known as Rodri) started his career in the Real Madrid reserves, but found success at Valencia after a brief spell with Benfica.

At the Mestalla, he has grown from strength to strength, and has become a Spanish international.

The 27-year-old is no stranger to finding the back of the net against Barcelona, having done so on three occasions in the past including the winning goal in their most recent clash in the Copa del Rey final and even though he is yet to open his goals account this season, Pique and co. would do well to keep an eye on him.
