Mexico manager Miguel Herrera is one lively character on the touchline!

If you’ve been watching Mexico’s matches at the World Cup, you would have noticed the cameras alternating between the on field action and El Tri manager Miguel Herrera.

That’s because he is one of the most energetic and passionate managers at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

While managers like Vicente Del Bosque and Luz Felipe Scolari patrol the technical area with an impassive look on their face, Herrera can be seen reacting to every situation with either extreme delight or furious anger!

Take for example last night’s game final group stage game against Croatia.

In the second half, Mexico were denied a clear penalty when Darijo Srna stopped a Andres Guardado header with both his hands. The header was on target and may have been a certain goal! Herrera was not at all pleased with the decision (or non-decision) and his reaction said it all!

You wouldn’t want to get into a fight with Herrera!

But soon after that, Mexico scored to make it 1-0 and put one foot in the Round of 16.

The calm before the storm!

He wasn’t done yet! And neither were Mexico as Guardado scored another goal which pretty much assured them of qualification and also put them within an inch of topping Group A!
