A loss in this game could very well mean the end of Unai Emery at Arsenal

A struggling Arsenal will travel to Carrow Road to face Norwich City in what could very well be Unai Emery's last game in charge of the Gunners. With December about to begin, Premier League teams have a very tough schedule and it seems unlikely that Emery will remain the manager if he is unable to get a victory in this match.

Arsenal just lost their home game to Frankfurt in the Europa League despite fielding a strong team, and the fans were not hiding their displeasure. The Gunners currently sit 8th in the Premier League table, with eight points separating them and the top 4.

After a promising start to the season, Norwich City has struggled in the Premier League. The Canaries currently sit in the relegation zone, but they did manage to defeat Everton in their last league game. A home against a struggling and demotivated Arsenal team could be the perfect match for them to kickstart their bid for survival.

Norwich City vs Arsenal Head to Head

Arsenal has won 5 out of their last 6 games against Norwich, with the most recent victory coming in the League Cup in 2017.

Arsenal is winless in their last five Premier League games, whereas the home team have won only once, and lost three of their last four games.

The Canaries have generally not caused the Gunners many problems, but the teams have not met in England's top division for the past three seasons. Both the teams will be looking for a victory for different reasons, and both will have to give it their all to become victorious this weekend.

Norwich City vs Arsenal Team News

The manager's job is under serious pressure, so he will most likely go for a full-strength side against a team battling relegation. The club made some changes in the Europa League game but will revert to their regulars.

However, they have a couple of injury doubts as Saed Kolasinac, Rob Holding and Hector Bellerin will have their fitness assessed before the game to see if they can play a part.

Norwich got their first victory after more than five games against Everton, so manager Daniel Farke will most possibly go with an unchanged team. However, their best midfielder Todd Cantwell has a foot bruise and might possibly be out for the game. Otherwise, the same squad from last week is fit and ready to go.

Injuries - Tim Klose, Grant Hanley, Josep Drmic, Jamaal Lewis (Norwich City)

Dani Ceballos (Arsenal)

Doubtful - Todd Cantwell (Norwich)

Sead Kolasinac, Bukayo Saka, Rob Holding, Hector Bellerin (Arsenal)

Norwich City vs Arsenal Prediction

The Gunners look too demotivated and disinterested the past few weeks. It is unknown whether or not they are behind their manager, but their playing style and enthusiasm suggest that they are not.

Norwich has been in very bad shape recently, and although they did win against Everton, their recent home form will not give the fans much hope.

Overall, this game should be open-ended with both sides sensing weakness in the other, and we predict plenty of goals and a draw at the end of it all.

Prediction - Norwich City 2-2 Arsenal
